We lost a giant today. We owe so much to Dolores Huerta for everything she did to organize and politicize the working class.
Her legacy lives on every time a worker attends a union meeting, stands on the picket line or in solidarity with their neighbor, and speaks out against power — even if it’s within our own movements.
Que descanse en paz 🕊️

The idea that Flavio Bolsonaro represents white Brazilians is a myth. The whitest city in Brazil is Porto Alegre, which Lula won in the second round by commanding margins.
Bolsonaro's voter base is composed of mentally ill Evangelical mulattos (Flavio himself is an Evangelical freak) who believe Benjamin Netanyahu is their god and want take sledgehammers to Catholic churches.
Whats crazy is establishment dems are not discriminatory towards Mormons or Jehovahs witness to the point the mormon church are able to hoard 4 billion dollars in Wealth

And I think American liberal islamophobia is very, very slept on with how pervasive it is. Like in an acceptable form of "those savages are People but still Savages and not trustworthy!"

I wonder if the rabid Zionist community feels good about other people getting threats due to their own lies about Abdul and about Muslims and Arabs generally, all while crying about fear from antisemitism?
Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud tells me the city has been receiving threats on social media and through its call centers amid the risde in anti-Muslim rhetoric in the US Senate campaign.
"The best thing we can do, the best response, is to send Abdul to the US Senate - somebody who's got two doctorates, someone who is a son of this country, a son of the state, someone who is the captain of his high school team ... I think that that's the best response that we can give fascism."

People use the fact that Palestinians voted for Hamas in 2005 as a permanent indictment of the character of the population (despite the majority being under 20 and barely sentient in 2005) but never apply those standards to Israelis consistently voting for a genocidal maniac
🚨🇮🇱 UPDATE: Channel 14 has updated its exit poll, projecting Benjamin Netanyahu’s bloc to reach 61 seats, securing a Knesset majority
Exit Poll Results:

Its Antisemitic to Criticize Trump and Rubio apparently
This ad is vile antisemitism, plain and simple.
Abdul El-Sayed needs to stop hiding. He must condemn it, and tell his friend to take it down. Scapegoating Jews is one of the oldest tropes in the book, and it has led to violence from the pogroms to the Holocaust to our communities today.
Silence isn’t leadership. Abdul needs to call out this hate. No excuses, no hiding.

Which specific claim in this sequence of events touched on in the ad is “antisemitic”:
1 — Marco Rubio, Pete Hegseth, Donald Trump, and several members of Congress say in the days after the Iran War begins that they struck Iran because Iran was going to strike Israel. Netanyahu famously met with the president and his inner circle in the situation room to pitch them on the war he has been advocating for over the last 40 years. This is reported in various outlets including NYT. It has also been reported that the intelligence they provided us about Iran's ICBM and nuclear capabilities was knowingly false.
2 — Upon the war beginning, Iran took control over the Strait of Hormuz, which they had not previously controlled, disrupting the supply chain.
3 — This development led to rising prices across the board, including at the grocery store. It has already been widely reported that one of those groceries which has seen a dramatic increase is bananas, the fruit referenced in that ad.
Therefore, using inductive reasoning, did Israel pushing us to join them in the war against Iran and lying directly to our leaders in order to facilitate that involvement not literally lead to higher banana prices less than a year later?
Is any of that antisemitic? It would be weird if it were given I was Bar Mitzvah’d.

Once the midterms are over, we need to have a serious convo about all the DINOs and wreckers in the Democratic Party — particularly in Michigan — who actively prefer fascists to progressives who criticize Israel.
We need to boot all of these people out of the party.
