From 1st April, even if the disabled, pensioners, unemployed & low paid, sat in the dark, didn’t turn on the heating and miss 2 meals a day; they still WOULDN’T be able to meet the cost of their bills! That’s reality @RishiSunak. You own this #CostOfLivingCrisis #EnergyCrisis

When Disabled people are repeatedly framed as a cost, it affects how society sees us. @Channel4's The Experiment confronts ableism, segregation and the consequences of devaluing Disabled lives.

Watched #TheExperiment on @Channel4 last night.
Was so upset I couldn’t find the words until now.
As #disabled people continue to face more and more hostility and ignorance, it is important that the public are reminded that the past can very easily repeat itself.
Watch it.

Calling the cops because your own vetting process was so shit that you let journalists in who exposed you as racist, sexist, homophobic pieces of shit is genuinely one of the funniest own goals imaginable.

Jenrick - “The country is going down the pan”
Tice - “Britain is broken”
Yusuf - “Britain is broken”
Farage - “Time is running out for Britain”
It’s the same tiresome, negative, divisive rhetoric to keep the hard of thinking angry. Remember, hope always beats hate.
What the hell did I just watch..?
Thugs in suits, pretending to be serious #ReformUK politicians and activists - when in fact, they are just closeted violent, racist, bigoted, and sexist deviants.
And worst of all…Nigel shrugs it off!
Repulsive.

Staff at the unusually named Hundred End station on the now long gone #Preston to #Southport line in West #Lancashire; photographer and date unknown. Little used, it closed on April 1962. @blogpreston @railnigel
Wow.
Imagine being so bad at your job that even #Trump doesn’t want you!
Is it just me, or is #CelebrityTraitors just a bit flat and overly manufactured this time..?
Last year’s seemed more fun.

Reform UK MP for Runcorn and Helsby Sarah Pochin has said her party ‘excludes you if you’re a woman’ and that Reform has a ‘male issue’.
The comments were made as part of an undercover investigation inside Reform UK’s political operation that has found senior party officials saying they have to “defend the indefensible”, with Nigel Farage told he was “protecting” one Reform candidate from being sacked for allegedly racist views.
ITV Exposure gained unprecedented access to Reform’s Westminster headquarters, sending in an undercover reporter inside the party in January 2026, where she worked as a press officer. She secretly recorded conversations between Reform officials as they dealt with multiple accusations of racism by Reform councillors and candidates.
Sarah Pochin did not respond to our request for a comment.

A Reform UK official has shared advice on how to pass party vetting by deleting social media posts supporting Tommy Robinson.

Reform UK told us: "Not all individuals covertly recorded by ITV are members of Reform UK. Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced. In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed.
"Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting. This is the same for all organisations.
"There is no room for racism in Reform UK. We always respect due process of investigations and whilst these are ongoing it would not be appropriate to comment on individual cases."

If you have ever had interactions on here with Reform supporters, you already know how racist and misogynistic they are.
Seeing it come from elected officials should come as no surprise.

#GeorgeMichael was nothing less than a genius. A true professional and a bloody brilliant singer-songwriter.
I had the honour of seeing him perform in 2005 in #Manchester - he was simply perfect from start to finish.
A beautiful memory of a beautiful man.

Everyone remembers the legendary Wembley performance, but the real magic was captured here. During this rehearsal, George Michael already knew his partner was living with HIV, yet he sang with every ounce of emotion in his heart. Look closely at David Bowie in the background—he knew he was witnessing something truly unforgettable. This is what a real star looks like. ✨
