Retweet to help someone find the right mentor in tech.
Let me introduce myself to you !
I am a Software Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience. I currently run a thriving tech company in Douala, where I serve as Director.
As a passionate tech tutor, I created #PromptstackAcademy. an AI-powered learning platform designed specifically for African learners. It combines structured reading materials with practical exercises and personalized one-on-one mentoring (with me as your mentor).
Whenever you encounter a difficult concept, our AI learning assistant breaks it down clearly, using simple explanations and real-life examples that resonate with African students.
The platform serves as a powerful bridge between academic theory and the job market. It equips learners with the practical, job-ready skills that employers are actively looking for. Beyond the lessons, I provide regular follow-ups to help students stay consistent, build strong portfolios, and successfully transition into their tech careers.

Elle a absolument raison cette dame. L’explication du service client c’est insultant pour notre intelligence. Dans les autres pays il utilise les meme applications meme telephone.

I DIDN’T COME TO CAMEROON TO COLLECT TITLES. I CAME TO BUILD. 🇨🇲🌍
Today, I am honored to officially join B3 Groups of Companies — Blessed Beyond Bounce.
My sincere gratitude to Founder and Chairman Ngwa Micheal Kapsalla (Whytelion), the management, and the entire B3 family for welcoming me and believing in what we can accomplish together.
But let me make something clear.
I am not joining to watch. I am joining to WORK.
When I came to Cameroon, I didn't come looking for fame, a position, or another title. I came to serve, share what I've learned, and help people recognize the extraordinary opportunities already within their reach.
And that's exactly what I intend to keep doing.
Through Media Company in a Box, I teach people how to turn the technology already in their hands into tools for education, entrepreneurship, storytelling, and financial independence.
Your phone can be your studio. Your story can become your business. Your knowledge can create opportunities for someone you've never even met.
I've spent years producing films, documentaries, television, music videos, books, podcasts, and digital media. I'm a four-time #1 international bestselling author, an award-winning producer and voice artist, with more than 126 IMDb credits.
But none of those accomplishments means nearly as much to me as watching someone discover that they have something valuable to offer the world.
From classrooms and vocational schools to orphanages, artists, entrepreneurs, and communities across Cameroon, I've witnessed what happens when people are given practical knowledge, encouragement, and the freedom to create.
Now imagine what we can accomplish by connecting that knowledge with African enterprise, creativity, and global opportunity.
I see tremendous possibilities in this new relationship with B3: developing creators, empowering entrepreneurs, producing world-class media, building international connections, and helping communities turn their own stories and skills into sustainable opportunities.
Not dependence. Ownership.
Not just visibility. Economic opportunity.
Not simply telling Africa's stories to the world. Helping Africans own, distribute, and benefit from those stories.
That's the mission.
Cameroon is my home base. Africa is where we're building. The world is our marketplace.
To the artists, filmmakers, musicians, schools, entrepreneurs, organizations, and visionaries reading this: I look forward to discovering what we can create together.
And to the B3 family, thank you again for the trust.
It's time to turn shared vision into meaningful action.
Together, we build.
Together, we grow.
Together, we create a lasting legacy.
It is not aid. It is architecture.

🌍 REMOTE WORK IS THE OPPORTUNITY. OWNERSHIP IS THE GOAL.
I'm excited to announce that I'll be joining the Remote Work Symposium at VISHI University in Douala, Cameroon, on October 30th, bringing my experience in media, entrepreneurship, AI, and monetization to the conversation!
And I have a message I believe every aspiring digital entrepreneur needs to hear.
Don't just learn how to work remotely. Learn how to build something you own.
There are incredible opportunities to earn money online. But here's something many people don't realize.
Some remote workers are being paid to label data, evaluate AI responses, and perform tasks that help train and improve artificial intelligence.
There is nothing wrong with that work. It creates real earning opportunities.
But what if, instead of only helping build someone else's technology, you learned to use that same technology to build your own business?
That's what I teach.
My book, Media Company in a Box, is a blueprint for turning your skills, knowledge, creativity, and even your smartphone into a location-independent media business.
Create your own content. Build your own platform. Reach customers around the world. Develop multiple revenue streams. Use AI to help you accomplish what once required an entire team.
And most importantly, retain ownership of what you create.
This is about more than finding a remote job.
It's about economic sovereignty, entrepreneurship, and building pathways toward financial freedom.
I've spent years working in media, and now I'm bringing that knowledge directly to communities across Cameroon and beyond.
Because I believe Africa should be more than a source of digital labor for the rest of the world.
Africa should be creating, owning, and profiting from its own digital future. 🇨🇲🌍

Comfort is your enemy. Sleep on your ambitions long enough, and they’ll end up dead. And the one pulling the trigger? Procrastination.
The smallest one will become a family of a thousand. And the least one will become a powerful nation. I, the Lord, will make it happen in its time.
Isaiah 60:22
In a world where some can fly, some can run, some can time travel…do you know who the real hero is?…. RESULT.
Result is the only viable evidence.
Result can either nullify or justify efforts. According to Burna boy “you go explain tire, no evidence”

Leaders are followed because they create certainty.
Decisiveness builds momentum, while indecision breeds doubt. People want to be led by somebody who acts, not somebody who asks for permission
Software engineering is no longer about who can write the most code.
We’re entering the engineering era.
AI has made code abundant. What remains scarce is engineering judgment.
Can you explain why you chose one architecture over another? Why this database? Why this API design? Why this trade-off? Why this pattern instead of another?
Anyone can generate code.
Great engineers understand systems, reason through constraints, make informed trade-offs, and can defend every technical decision they make.
Coding is becoming a commodity.
Engineering is becoming the competitive advantage.
Many people spend years learning programming but still cannot confidently build, explain or defend a real software project. The problem is not always intelligence. Many developers learn syntax without learning how complete systems work. They can write code, but they struggle to explain authentication, API design, database decisions, security, scaling and what happens when something fails.
