I DIDN’T COME TO CAMEROON TO COLLECT TITLES. I CAME TO BUILD. 🇨🇲🌍 Today, I am honored to officially join B3 Groups of Companies — Blessed Beyond Bounce. My sincere gratitude to Founder and Chairman Ngwa Micheal Kapsalla (Whytelion), the management, and the entire B3 family for welcoming me and believing in what we can accomplish together. But let me make something clear. I am not joining to watch. I am joining to WORK. When I came to Cameroon, I didn't come looking for fame, a position, or another title. I came to serve, share what I've learned, and help people recognize the extraordinary opportunities already within their reach. And that's exactly what I intend to keep doing. Through Media Company in a Box, I teach people how to turn the technology already in their hands into tools for education, entrepreneurship, storytelling, and financial independence. Your phone can be your studio. Your story can become your business. Your knowledge can create opportunities for someone you've never even met. I've spent years producing films, documentaries, television, music videos, books, podcasts, and digital media. I'm a four-time #1 international bestselling author, an award-winning producer and voice artist, with more than 126 IMDb credits. But none of those accomplishments means nearly as much to me as watching someone discover that they have something valuable to offer the world. From classrooms and vocational schools to orphanages, artists, entrepreneurs, and communities across Cameroon, I've witnessed what happens when people are given practical knowledge, encouragement, and the freedom to create. Now imagine what we can accomplish by connecting that knowledge with African enterprise, creativity, and global opportunity. I see tremendous possibilities in this new relationship with B3: developing creators, empowering entrepreneurs, producing world-class media, building international connections, and helping communities turn their own stories and skills into sustainable opportunities. Not dependence. Ownership. Not just visibility. Economic opportunity. Not simply telling Africa's stories to the world. Helping Africans own, distribute, and benefit from those stories. That's the mission. Cameroon is my home base. Africa is where we're building. The world is our marketplace. To the artists, filmmakers, musicians, schools, entrepreneurs, organizations, and visionaries reading this: I look forward to discovering what we can create together. And to the B3 family, thank you again for the trust. It's time to turn shared vision into meaningful action. Together, we build. Together, we grow. Together, we create a lasting legacy. It is not aid. It is architecture. Joshua T. Berglan The World's Mayor | Tah-Lah, Bafut Kingdom Member, B3 Groups of Companies 🌐 joshuatberglan.com

🌍 REMOTE WORK IS THE OPPORTUNITY. OWNERSHIP IS THE GOAL. I'm excited to announce that I'll be joining the Remote Work Symposium at VISHI University in Douala, Cameroon, on October 30th, bringing my experience in media, entrepreneurship, AI, and monetization to the conversation! And I have a message I believe every aspiring digital entrepreneur needs to hear. Don't just learn how to work remotely. Learn how to build something you own. There are incredible opportunities to earn money online. But here's something many people don't realize. Some remote workers are being paid to label data, evaluate AI responses, and perform tasks that help train and improve artificial intelligence. There is nothing wrong with that work. It creates real earning opportunities. But what if, instead of only helping build someone else's technology, you learned to use that same technology to build your own business? That's what I teach. My book, Media Company in a Box, is a blueprint for turning your skills, knowledge, creativity, and even your smartphone into a location-independent media business. Create your own content. Build your own platform. Reach customers around the world. Develop multiple revenue streams. Use AI to help you accomplish what once required an entire team. And most importantly, retain ownership of what you create. This is about more than finding a remote job. It's about economic sovereignty, entrepreneurship, and building pathways toward financial freedom. I've spent years working in media, and now I'm bringing that knowledge directly to communities across Cameroon and beyond. Because I believe Africa should be more than a source of digital labor for the rest of the world. Africa should be creating, owning, and profiting from its own digital future. 🇨🇲🌍 📅 Friday, October 30, 2026 🕚 11:00 AM 📍 Krystal Palace, Akwa, Douala 🎓 Hosted by VISHI Higher Institute Scan the QR code on the flyer to register. The future of work isn't just about where you work. It's about who owns the value you create. #RemoteWork #DigitalEntrepreneurship #AI #MediaCompanyInABox #Cameroon #DigitalSovereignty #TheWorldsMayor

Leaders are followed because they create certainty. Decisiveness builds momentum, while indecision breeds doubt. People want to be led by somebody who acts, not somebody who asks for permission

This is the moment to change, to transform the story of #Cameroon. The time has come, today and not tomorrow, now and not in the future, to restore the mosaic of unity by bringing together the diversity and riches of the country and the continent. In this way, it will be possible to create a society in which peace and reconciliation reign. #ApostolicJourney

I agree with you on everything. On MTN and Orange though, one caveat. They are forced to buy very limited internet capacity from Camtel at outrageous prices themselves. Camtel has a monopoly on fiber and is 100% govt owned. There is a deliberate policy to make internet a scarce commodity. Most of what you explained results from poor governance. This is what happens when the people of a country have no say in how it’s run.

@MTNCameroon and @Orange_Cameroun's business practices are borderline extortion. Their connection speed is so poor people can't open Gmail, much less a website or social media most of the time. The connection quality is so bad, it can take 10 hours to upload a 3-minute video. They systematically disadvantage the people of Cameroon. Their behavior makes it nearly impossible for Cameroonians to take part in the global economy. Considering there are so few traditional jobs here, working online is the only chance many have for success, yet the mobile and internet providers make it impossible. On top of that, data is incredibly expensive. In just over 2 weeks, I have spent over $300 on data, and 90% of the time the internet doesn't even work. It's insane. Starlink isn't a legal option here, but even if it was, the majority couldn't afford it. I knew this was a problem before I came to Cameroon, but now after experiencing it firsthand, I fully understand why so many have given up hope and turned to drugs and prostitution just to survive. The water and electricity companies here are just as bad. We have not had electricity in 4 or 5 days, and even when there is electricity, it doesn't stay on long. Constant running water only happens in the rivers here. In over 2 1/2 weeks, the longest we have had running water was 2 hours—and when you see what comes out of the faucet, most people wouldn't dare touch it. The American government has its own deep corruption, yet United States citizens live on easy street compared to the rest of the world, especially considering the power they have as consumers. It's enraging to me what people in Cameroon have to deal with every day. While I could leave at any time and go back to my comfy life, I am going to remain here and fight for the basic rights Cameroonians deserve. I have never been more righteously angry in my life, and anyone who knows me knows I am too stubborn to give up and quit, regardless of what it costs me. I know there are people suffering all over the world. I had an idea of what was happening to the people in Cameroon, but seeing it up close is absolutely heartbreaking. The most amazing thing to me, however, is that even with the systemic abuse the people here take, they still get up, fight, and do the best they can with what they have. It is inspiring to me, and for that reason and many others, I will not give up fighting for them. Joshua "Tah Lah" "The World's Mayor"

Discussing who should or shouldn’t be VP is like debating who should be our jailer. The person who is named is still an enemy of the people, whose role is to perpetuate dictatorship and keep the people from exercising their sovereign power. #FreeCameroon 🇨🇲

The vice president of Cameroon was appointed on April 4, 2026—two days ago. President Paul Biya signed a decree naming his son, Franck Emmanuel Biya, as Vice President of the Republic, Head of the Armed Forces, and Minister Delegate at the Ministry of Defence. This follows parliament's approval of the constitutional amendment reintroducing the position the same day.
