What?
"temperature = 0 means the LLM gives the same output every time"
not necessarily
- temperature 0 makes decoding greedy, picking the highest-probability token
- GPU floating-point operations aren't always perfectly deterministic
- batching and parallel execution can slightly change numerical results
- even tiny differences can flip the next token when probabilities are close
and once one token changes, the entire response can diverge. deterministic decoding ≠ deterministic inference

Corporate greed is Microsoft making $134 billion in profits last year, receiving $19 billion in tax breaks under Trump, paying a lower federal income tax rate than a nurse and getting rid of 60,000 workers.
“Corporations will create jobs if they get tax breaks” is a total scam.

From a revenue surplus of 400cr in 2023, after Covid era, when BJP lost Karnataka.
We are now at revenue deficit of around 22,000 crores due to welfare schemes of this gov, amazing..
Oh, what a sorry state of affairs to see a Chief Minister openly admitting that his government has no money!
Karnataka, once a growth engine of India, has been reduced to such a dismal state of financial distress after years of misgovernance by the Congress.
Lofty promises, reckless guarantees and misplaced priorities have pushed the state into disarray, with even farmers now being told that the coffers are empty.
The only way to rescue Karnataka from this mess is to rid the state of this Congress government.

A typical case of “kicking away the ladder.” It seems even more brutal when India is already climbing the mobile phone value chain.
Many who doubted India's PLI scheme for mobile phones (LSEM) seem reluctant to acknowledge the recent progress.
