"everyone has a podcast ashe"
I don't care. I love making my aesthetic videos with my brilliant friends, listening to them intently as they describe working hard on some frontier, in a beautiful place.
I love sharing it out with you all. my life as a godard movie. for the female gaze.
do the thing for you

i have been a bit blackpilled on the content environment recently.
the astroturfing, the fake starter pack followers, the regurgitation of ideas.
i respect the shit out of anyone that goes at it organically and independently and ashe embodies this

part of why I am so at peace is because I now have the filter of
“but will they give me an autoimmune disease that prevents me from drinking cappuccinos?”
and the situation gets real clear real quick

when you already have psychosis, you are actually protected from any more psychosis
it is like in ancient times when shamans would get drunk before an exorcism because the spirit of alcohol would prevent new spirits from attaching to them

some of my favorite artists/writers have a manic energy to them
I wrote my college essay on kerouac and the scroll version of on the road
looking back I can see all the ways I've channeled this energy that feels very manic and prolific into creating.. a lot of which I haven't shared
have been thinking a lot lately about the cognitive ease polished and restrained work can give vs the magnetic nature of very raw and manic work that hits a nerve
I like both. my aunt tells me I remind her of her grandmother who I've never met, who was very polished and put together. it seems contradictory to exist / put out work straddling the two.. but it has been top of mind as I'm pushing myself to create from deeper places in this last quarter of 2026
