🚨ALERT, MUST READ, LONG POST.
HORSE RACING’S BILLION-DOLLAR DISGRACE AND THE PUPPET MASTERS BEHIND IT!!!!!
HOW MUCH POWER CAN ONE LAW FIRM HAVE OVER AN ENTIRE INDUSTRY???
Let me introduce everyone to STOLL KEENON OGDEN and BILL LEAR!!!!!
Bill Lear is chairman emeritus of Stoll Keenon Ogden, a Jockey Club steward, a Keeneland trustee and one of the principal draftsmen of the legislation behind @hisa_us. In my opinion, he’s the PUPPET MASTER of the horse racing establishment. And I still question whether this guy knows the difference between a horse’s head and a horse’s ass!!!!!
NOW FOLLOW THE CONNECTIONS!!!!!
Who has represented the @jockeyclub??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN.
@BreedersCup??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN.
@Keeneland??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN.
@TOBAhorses??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN.
@NTRA??? Attorneys from STOLL KEENON OGDEN have handled its legal work.
FIVE supposedly independent organizations, all connected to ONE LAW FIRM!!!!!
And it gets even more ridiculous!!!!!
Drew Fleming, CEO of Breeders’ Cup. Previous employer??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN.
Shannon Arvin, CEO of Keeneland and chair of NTRA. Spent nearly TWO DECADES where??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN.
Sarah Sloan Reeves, Keeneland’s new Chief Legal Officer. More than 15 years where??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN.
Sam Reinhardt, HISA’s General Counsel. Previous employer??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN.
Bill Thomason, former Keeneland CEO and current HISA board member, has also been publicly identified as BILL LEAR’S BROTHER-IN-LAW!!!!!
HISA’s board includes Jockey Club members and former leadership of Keeneland and Breeders’ Cup.
And let’s not forget that the Jockey Club, Breeders’ Cup and NTRA provided millions in loans to HISA. Some of those industry loans have been forgiven!!!!!
DOES LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY ONLY HAVE ONE F$&KING LAW FIRM???
These organizations are NOT INDEPENDENT!!!!!
THIS IS A MASSIVE CONFLICT OF INTEREST!!!!!
IS THIS COLLUSION???
IS THIS MASSIVE CORRUPTION???
IS THIS PREMEDITATED???
IS THIS ENTIRE SYSTEM ARCHITECTED TO CONTROL AN INDUSTRY???
AND NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT THE REAL F$&KING TRAGEDY!!!!!
For 30 years, horse racing has watched opportunities disappear while too much of its leadership has resisted meaningful change.
I believe the industry’s failed leadership, lack of innovation and concentration of power may have cost horse racing BILLIONS AND BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN POTENTIAL GROWTH!!!!!
And I’m not just talking about money!!!!!
I’m talking about racetracks closing. Thousands of lost jobs. Breeders going out of business. Owners leaving the industry. Trainers struggling to survive. Small businesses shutting down. Families losing livelihoods. Entire communities losing an industry they depended on!!!!!
THIRTY YEARS OF LOST OPPORTUNITY AND POTENTIALLY MULTI, MULTI, MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR ECONOMIC DAMAGE!!!!! I HAVE A LAWSUIT PREPARED!!!!! THE TIMING IS MINE!!!!!
I know the people in horse racing are enjoying watching these questions finally get asked!!!!! AND THEY DESERVE ANSWERS!!!!!
If litigation becomes necessary, discovery can bring contracts, correspondence, financial records, depositions and sworn testimony into the process!!!!!
SO HERE’S MY MESSAGE TO BILL LEAR, STOLL KEENON OGDEN AND THE JOCKEY CLUB STEWARDS!!!!!
HORSE RACING IS NOT YOUR PRIVATE F$&KING COUNTRY CLUB!!!!!
THIS INDUSTRY DOESN’T BELONG TO YOU!!!!!
IT BELONGS TO THE OWNERS, BREEDERS, TRAINERS, JOCKEYS, HORSEPLAYERS, FANS AND THE THOUSANDS OF HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO DEPEND ON IT!!!!!
I’M NOT LOOKING FOR A SETTLEMENT. I’M LOOKING FOR ANSWERS, ACCOUNTABILITY AND AN INDUSTRY THAT FINALLY HAS A FUTURE!!!!!
F$&K YOU AND SUE ME PLEASE!!!!! 🐎💪
This fight isn’t for me. I represent and fight for the 99% of the industry and its future.
Comment, Retweet, Like, to show the crooked clowns how we all really feel!!!!
Speak now or forever hold your peace.
What do you think???
Mike from Queens
The Commish
Had to ask, workmate choked back so sovereignty could put a nose in front… ummmm idk what everyone is saying this was better
Bc he’s not good enough good lord 🤣😭there’s two Medaglia doro lines that are stronger forte and boltdoro but yes let’s put a horse who can’t win other than on a speed bias track 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

Is breeding a stallion to almost 300 mares good???
No. It’s f$&king terrible!!!!!
I didn’t agree with 140 mare cap , and I sure as hell don’t agree with 290.
I’ve said 200 mare cap and got criticized for that. To me, 175–200 makes sense. Even if you think 200 is high, it beats 300.
The @jockeyclub completely fumbled this trying to force the stallion farms to a 140 mare cap!!!!!
Incompetence.
Get the breeders and stallion farms in a room and agree on a number.
Collaboration.
Have demand for more than 200???
Raise the stud fee.
You can protect your business AND give other stallions a chance.
Leadership. Relationships. Common sense.
Why is that so f$&kin hard???

A new chapter, built on years of experience. Lesley Campion and her son, Paddy, are stepping out on their own with Campion & Campion.
At the Fasig-Tipton Saratoga Fall Mixed Sale, Lesley talked family, betting on themselves, and the small breeders, owners, and trainers who keep this game alive. Her goal: build something where the whole team can win. 🐎
So @andyserling really thought that @RealDeUavx is agent for @RepoleStable and @PletcherRacing lol ?! You reallly can’t be that dumb. “Well they paid so much for this horse” yeah act like you don’t know. @jockeyclub @Equibase pathetic

40 broodmares age 16 and older are cataloged for the 2026 Keeneland November Sale, and 23 are in Book 5.
Visibility is protection.
mareworthy.com/news-and-reso…
With more than half in the final book, Mareworthy is working to keep these mares visible and help buyers plan for their retirement. We want their names to reach former owners, breeders, trainers, caregivers, and fans who may recognize a mare they remember and want to be part of her future.
We’re also making a commitment: Mareworthy will guarantee a retirement spot for any of the six cataloged mares age 18 and older after her foal is weaned in 2027. Interested buyers should reach out to discuss retirement planning before purchasing.
Read the article, look through the full watchlist, and share it with someone who might recognize a name. A connection made today could help a mare find a home that plans for her tomorrow.
Contact [email protected] if you recognize a mare, are considering purchasing her, or can help with her future.

VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT.
So there is ZERO confusion, let me make myself crystal clear.
I believe the @jockeyclub, @hisa_us, @Keeneland and the @BreedersCup, along with @TOBAhorses , the @NTRA and members of the @TheNYRA
board are all far more connected, coordinated and intertwined than they want anyone in this industry to believe.
They all love to hide behind the same bullshit transparency.
“We’re independent.”
“Different leadership.”
“Different boards.”
“Different organizations.”
Give me a f$&kin break.
In my opinion, The Jockey Club stewards sit right in the middle of this entire ecosystem, with their fingerprints and influence reaching into almost every important part of Thoroughbred racing.
And when the same people, relationships, interests and organizations keep showing up everywhere, I think the industry has every right to ask some very uncomfortable questions.
Potential conflicts of interest.
Potential self-dealing.
Potential lying.
Potential cheating.
Potential corruption.
Potential greed.
Potential abuse of power.
Potential manipulation.
And potentially things being done behind closed doors that would look VERY different if the entire industry could actually see them.
That’s why I’m saying it publicly.
And if I’m completely wrong???
SUE ME!!!!! 😃
Seriously.
I welcome it!!!!!
Because then we get to my favorite word:
DISCOVERY.
Let’s see the emails.
Let’s see the texts.
Let’s see the board minutes.
Let’s see the private conversations.
Let’s see the financial relationships including loans and forgiven loans.
Let’s see who is talking to who.
Let’s see who is influencing who.
Let’s see who benefits.
Let’s see how many of these “independent” organizations are really independent when the doors are closed.
Open the f$&king books.
Let’s F$&kin Go!!!!!
Because if I were sitting on one of these boards and somebody publicly accused my organization of operating like this and I knew it was completely false I would come after them immediately.
So come after me!!!!! 😃
Because playing offense against me means opening themselves up too.
And I know the LAST thing some of these people want is real discovery, real transparency and somebody who isn’t afraid of them digging through how this industry actually operates.
And trust me, I have a hell of a lot more.
A LOT f$&kin more!!!!!
I hit the Jockey Club Stewards like Buster Douglas hit Mike Tyson. They were so full of themselves they never saw it coming from Mike from Queens. Tyson was never the same after that. Neither are the Stewards.
I’m going to fight harder.
It’s about the future of the entire sport and the people who love this sport and need this sport.
So to all these organizations preaching transparency while hiding behind their “independent” leadership and “independent” boards:
F$&kin sue me!!!!! 😃
Let discovery prove me wrong.
GAME ON. ♥️💪
Feel free to retweet this so everyone sees this!!!!!

🚨UPDATE: THE FTC HAS RESPONDED TO ME IN WRITING🚨
THIS IS WHY WE DON’T STOP.
I have now received a formal response from the FTC regarding the two formal letters I sent to Chairman Andrew Ferguson concerning HISA and its proposed 2027 budget, including my request to withhold approval pending an independent investigation.
The FTC confirmed that ALL of the documents we submitted have been received and the record has been updated.
And here is the important part: the FTC states that information in this database is regularly reviewed by its attorneys and investigators in determining potential law enforcement targets, policy recommendations and other action.
Let me be clear: the FTC has NOT told me an investigation has been opened. But our evidence, questions and concerns are now documented and available for review by FTC attorneys and investigators.
We also sent these formal letters and supporting information to select members of Congress. I am confident that, with the seriousness of the issues we have raised and the number of eyes now on them, there is a very good chance these matters receive the scrutiny they deserve.
THIS IS WHY THE 99% DOESN’T STOP.
We ask questions. We document the facts. We put them in front of the people with the authority to act.
HISA can remain silent.
We won’t.
REFORM IS COMING! Repost and speak out.

I can tell you with 100% CERTAINTY that Andy Serling was talking about West Point advisor, St Elias bloodstock agent, Lane’s End employee, Kentucky Derby winning trainer’s husband, HISA’s Advisory Board committee member and Keeneland and Jockey Club henchman David Ingordo.
Andy and I don’t always agree, but I agree with his comments that this is weak leadership from Lisa Lazarus and @hisa_us to have him on any kind of advisory board. Another obvious, unthinkable conflict of interest.
What I find remarkable is that another West Point employee and a Jockey Club member, both of whom are on different HISA advisory boards, refuse to comment but do a great job of shaking their heads up and down.
Also, recent ironic and “can’t make this shit up” news that I can report with 100% accuracy, is that prior to Ingordo being the henchman here, he was on a list to be appointed as a new member to the Jockey Club. In true non-transparent ways, the Jockey Club quickly pivoted and did not include Ingordo as a Jockey Club member in the final announcement.
Hey @jockeyclub, if this is inaccurate, please comment.

Imagine spending years creating HISA under the banner of “integrity and transparency,” while your real motive is to deflect attention away from what you’re doing every day.
HISA wasn’t created to expose cheating. It was created to redirect it. 🤔

This account is accurate. Most disappointing is that Jockey Club Stewards sat 50ft away for 3 days & said nothing. From Keeneland, I heard only from their security team, not leadership/trustees.
I have more questions than answers.
My focus has always been improving US racing.

Day 3 of the Keeneland Sale is in the books.
Pretty boring. No drama whatsoever.
😂😂🤣
Just another friendly battle between the Repole Good Guys and the Evil Empire!!!!! 😂
Thank you, @RealBackstretch, for telling the real stories of the real people who, when given a fair chance, make this game great. I’m a huge fan of your content.
If you truly love horse racing, whether you’re a casual fan, a $2 horseplayer, a small owner, trainer or breeder, you NEED to listen to this powerful interview with Samantha.
Her story touched me. It inspired me. And it reminded me exactly why I refuse to shut up, sit down or stop fighting.
I’ve said it many times: I’m fighting for horse racing’s next 100 years, not to protect the same people who have controlled its last 100.
This isn’t about me. My fight is for people like Samantha.
If horse racing ever wants to become BIG again, it needs to start protecting the SMALL. Unfortunately, too many of our so-called leaders either don’t understand that, or simply don’t care.
We need more opportunities, better programs and REAL respect for small owners, trainers, breeders, everyday horseplayers, the hardworking people this industry employs and every fan who loves this game!!!!!
Without them, there is no game. Period.
Thank you, Samantha. ♥️
You reminded the People’s Commissioner exactly who he is fighting for.
If you’re at the sale tomorrow, please come find me. I’d be honored to meet you and say hello.
The Commish
We met Samantha Kamen at Keeneland. She’s a small breeder who does the work herself, from caring for her mares to raising their foals.
Talking with Samantha brought us right back to the human side of this game. Behind every horse are people who show up every day because they care. Those are the Real Players whose stories we love to tell.

Must read below 👇🏻
Also a reminder there is a Kentucky “dual agency” law that passed in 2007 that requires disclosure if an agent represents both buyer and seller. If there is an alleged violation, the aggrieved party may sue for treble damages.
I worked on this law with the @CBAKy nearly 20 years ago at the behest of the late Jess Jackson. It speaks to the heart of what @RepoleStable Mike Repole has been talking about recently.
Also I know what it is like to be verbally accosted by David Ingordo due to my public criticism of HISA. Not a pleasant guy. I stand with @PatCummingsNTA
Well that is what happened,

Notice how all the lanes end horses just magically got high. Disgusting
Yup it’s @westpointtbred @LanesEndFarms the golden tempo camp which also includes Vinnie Viola who are running up prices for their own benefit! Shame scammers! BOOOOOO watch all of their horses suspiciously rise in price. I wonder why it was @RealDeUavx who was under that hip5.
