Tried to buy a used car with @Wise and they want proof that I’m buying it. Now I tried to pay my rent (which I’ve done many times before) and they slowed that too. 😡 #LetMeSpendMyMoney
My new metric for whether a side hustle is worth it or a job is worth changing: Retained Earnings Per Hour Effort
For main job:
[after tax earnings] / ((260 - company holidays - vacation + on call/weekend days) * (hrs per day worked))
Why #mortgagebroker industry isn't working well:
- Confusion & unexplained processes
- Regulations
- TRID
- Multiple fraudulent schemes
All of this can be countered efficiently with the right tools for this day and age that we live in

Less than 1yr: 75%
1-2yr: 35%
2-3yr: 25%
3-5yr: 15%
5-10yr: 10%
10yr+: 0%
US Gov’t would maximize tax revs where most selling occurs AND incentivize long term holders to keep it up...
