I don't know why the Cub's batting coaches do not drill players in being competent in bunting. Bunting is an essential part of being good at Small Ball and it is Small Ball that wins tight games and championships.

Mark Wahlberg is set to play Pete Rose in a new movie about Charlie Hustle’s incredible life and career.
This could be one hell of a movie.
Pete Rose wasn’t just a baseball player. He was Cincinnati. He played harder than damn near anybody who ever stepped on a field, became MLB’s all-time hits leader, then carried all the controversy that came with it.
Wahlberg as Pete Rose?
Yeah, I’m watching this one!!!

My brother in Christ, every pitcher is a nightmare for Ian Happ.

The only guy NOT to blame for tonight’s #Cubs loss is Jacob Webb. This dude has performed beyond the call of duty all season. He didn’t feign injury like that slob Palencia. The real villain here is Hoyer for for thinking this patchwork pitching staff is postseason competitive.

🚨 OUR TROOPS WERE STARVING ON GARBAGE 🚨
RFK Jr. just dropped a bombshell:
He walked into a military dining hall… and what he saw was a national disgrace.
Only 300–400 soldiers showed up each day.
TWO-THIRDS of the food was thrown straight into the trash.
They hated it. They rejected it. Our warfighters were being fed garbage while the rest got dumped.
Then Robert Irvine and the MAHA team took over.
Now?
4,000–5,000 soldiers flood in EVERY SINGLE DAY.
ZERO food wasted.
None. Zero. Nothing left behind.
The men and women who protect this country are finally being fed real food — the kind that actually fuels warriors instead of poisoning them.
RFK Jr. didn’t hold back:
“Robert Irvine is a genius… He has the skills we need to transform the entire military food program and align it with the new food pyramid.”
This isn’t just better meals.
This is a revolution in how America treats its defenders.
The era of throwing away food (and throwing away our troops’ health) is OVER.
Who’s ready for this standard everywhere? 🔥🇺🇸

Jim Morrison and Pamela Courson photographed by Raeanne Rubenstein at Pamela's LA boutique, Themis, in the spring of 1969.
Jim actually funded the store on La Cienega Boulevard to give Pamela a creative outlet of her own, and she stocked it full of wild, bohemian, and vintage clothing just like the ornate headpiece she's wearing here.

I have zero faith Jed Hoyer can actually do something right for the Cubs.
Worst executive in all of baseball, and a douche of a person.
