One affected user contacted PlayStation Support directly, and apparently even support doesn’t have a clear answer yet on what’s actually causing it. For now, the advice is to: • Reset your PSN password • Change the email used for your PSN sign-in ID • Check your Family Management for accounts you don’t recognize • Contact PlayStation Support if anything looks suspicious Sony still hasn’t publicly confirmed what’s behind the issue.
