Great to host @NYCMayor at our development in Brooklyn for an incredibly important announcement this morning . The announcement was about connecting New Yorkers in city shelters to permanent housing faster after eliminating the 90-day length-of-stay requirement for New Yorkers in shelter to be eligible for CityFHEPS housing vouchers. In the two weeks following the removal of the 90-day rule, over 500 households that would have otherwise been required to wait 90 days received a CityFHEPS voucher shopping letter bringing them a step closer to finding permanent housing. Thank you to @nycmayor and his entire team for working overtime to ensure a better quality of life to New Yorkers in need 💙💫 #housing #nyc @bfcpartners
