If these were 400 Jewish families ordered by ANYONE to leave their homes, it would be THE BIGGEST HEADLINE IN THE WORLD.

Barely two months ago, we lost Professor Jason Arday. Thousands grieved. Institutions across higher education spoke about inclusion and belonging.
Now Nathan Cofnas is being given a room at Oriel College, Oxford, to ask whether DEI is undermining higher education.

Dear @ucu @DrJoGrady
Where were your levels of solidarity shown when your own everyday members raised concerns on matters of equality concerning UCU?
Forgive me if I missed the update - please share
There is a convenient pick&choose by unions on when outrage is trendy.
#Solidarity to @BellRibeiroAddy and all others defending fairness.
Bell is getting extreme levels of abuse this morning, simply for raising concern about this event, and flagging that no lessons have been learned about the treatment of Professor Jason Arday.
Solidarity to Bell, solidarity to Jason’s family, and solidarity to every Black academic and student forced to endure this culture of racism - both online and in our institutions.

In 2026, teachers are being threatened with disciplinary action for wearing watermelon badges in solidarity with Palestine and against genocide.
This is Andy Burnham’s Britain.

Genocide is still on.
Principled action - from states, companies, institutions and people - is needed to stop it.
Worldwide strike- Oct 30.
100+ PORTS. WORLDWIDE. NO MORE WEAPONS.
On October 30th, dockworkers, seafarers, students and communities in more than 100 ports around the world are standing together to say one thing: NO MORE WEAPONS.
War doesn’t run itself. It runs on our hands loading the cargo, and on our silence when blockades are enforced. Governments and corporations that profit from it have counted on both for too long. From now on, they get neither.
NO TO THE WAR MACHINERY.
We take the ports. We take the streets. We shut it down. Oct 30th

Literally if she was Jewish she would be HEADLINE NEWS. It's the only difference.
Instead, the international media treats her like she doesn't even exist.
It's despicable.
Her name was Refeef Lubbad. She was 17, an 11th-grade student, shot and killed as she returned home from school.
You did not, and will not, see a breaking news alert about her killing. The New York Times and other complicit media outlets will not put her face on their front pages. But here, you will see her face and know her name.
May the day come when those who killed Refeef and our families are brought to justice, and when the names of journalists who justified, condoned, or dismissed their deaths as insignificant are displayed on every street, so their complicity is never forgotten.

An Oxford platform for anti-Black racism.
Nathan Cofnas claimed Black professors at Harvard would virtually disappear under a meritocracy. Now he’s invited to lecture on DEI at Oriel College.
After Jason Arday, where is the reckoning?

News from the UK & the US has been relentlessly overwhelming & hard to process. Especially, the news that an Mississippi attorney general said the fatal police shooting of 1yo baby Kohen Wiley was ‘justified’. The world has lost its moral compass.
May Kohen rest in peace 🙏🏾🕊️

The government's antisemitism in schools report is a travesty.
It's riddled with errors, distortions and contradictions.
And it will be used to silence people over Palestine 👇
