Elon Musk now literally holds the off switch on Anthropic's $2 trillion IPO. Anthropic's filing shows it has agreed to pay Elon's AI company up to $120.5 billion for computing power. And starting early next year, either side can walk away with 90 days' notice. The deal is with SpaceXAI, the SpaceX unit that used to be xAI, and it rents Anthropic the Nvidia chips that run Claude. In May, the price was $1.25 billion a month for one data center in Memphis. Reuters reported the confidential draft of this filing put the total at $84.5 billion. The public version filed today says $120.5 billion. Once all the capacity arrives in December, the bill jumps: Anthropic expects to pay Musk about $3.1 billion every month. Anthropic reportedly brought in $16.8 billion last quarter, which works out to about $5.6 billion a month. So more than HALF of what Anthropic earns today is about to go to one supplier. Now here's where it gets really insane: The lock-in on those contracts ends in January and March 2027. After that, either side can cancel with 90 days' notice. Fortune reported in July that the clause gives SpaceX a way to take its chips back if Grok suddenly needs more. Grok competes directly with Claude. And in February, Elon publicly called Anthropic's AI evil. So the company selling itself to the public as the safe AI lab is about to run a huge share of its product on hardware owned by its loudest critic. That critic also owns a direct competitor, and he can start the 90-day clock in early 2027. The filing does warn that some of Anthropic's compute suppliers build their own AI models, and that warning reads very differently once the supplier is Elon. And Elon needs this deal just as badly: SpaceX's CFO has promised $100 billion in annual revenue by the end of this year. At full speed, Anthropic's rent comes to about $9.3 billion a quarter. That's more than the roughly $7.6 billion SpaceX's entire AI business brought in last quarter. So 2 of the biggest IPOs in history are now holding each other up, and both of them have a 90-day exit. Anthropic has a real argument here. Computing power is the scarcest thing in AI right now, and Amazon's cloud capacity for 2027 is reportedly largely sold out. The filing even admits Anthropic badly underestimated how much compute it needed in the past. Grabbing every chip on the market is the rational move, and the same clause lets Anthropic leave if cheaper capacity shows up. But public buyers deserve 2 things before the listing: Anthropic should publish how much of Claude runs on SpaceX hardware and what happens to its customers if that notice ever arrives. And it should get the 90-day exit removed for the full length of the contract, the same way its other big compute bills are locked in. Until then, anyone buying ANT at $2 trillion has to answer one question for themselves: Who do they trust to keep Claude running in 2027, Anthropic or Elon Musk?

Roblox isn't a kids gaming platform. I would describe it as an immersive creative ecosystem for all ages. There are so many sub-cultures and audiences within it. Love being here.

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Elon Musk is giving $10 BILLION DOLLARS in SpaceX shares to America's children, directly, ON HIS OWN This is the DEFINITION of a patriot! 🇺🇸 Elon's critics will STILL take the money for their kids! 🤣 "The move is designed to give young people a direct financial interest in the future of space exploration and technology." With roughly 72 million kids in America and SpaceX shares at about $146, that's around $10.5 BILLION And he says it's only the FIRST of many. While Democrats call him a villain, Elon is handing ownership in America's greatest company to every child in the country!

🚨 ELISSA SLOTKIN JUST SAID THE QUIET PART OUT LOUD AT UCHICAGO. The Michigan senator told a room full of students she wants to go after "the people who enabled" Trump, not just Trump himself. Then she spelled out the goal. She doesn't want young people thinking a job in the Trump administration "sounds fun." She wants them saying, "Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems." Her words: "I want that deterrence message." So a sitting U.S. senator wants to scare kids out of serving their own country because she doesn't like who won. That's not democracy. That's intimidation.

American-made products are not impossible. Stories about iPhones costing $37,000 or laptops costing $100,000 are psy-ops, sometimes pushed by foreign adversaries but more commonly by American corporations that want anything but an upset to the status quo.
Palmer Luckey says companies are exaggerating the cost of American manufacturing to justify staying in China: “They don’t want to admit that it is a choice.” 🇺🇸🇨🇳 “I don’t have a lot of sympathy for people who pretend that manufacturing in the U.S. is this impossible, order-of-magnitude problem. A lot of it is very self-serving. They want to justify why they’re in China. They want to justify why it’s OK for them to stay in China. They know that when sanctions hit as a result of a potential Taiwan conflict, they want to say, ‘Nobody could’ve predicted this, and I had no choice anyway.’ They don’t want to admit that it is a choice. If Chinese subsidized steel is a third of the price of American unsubsidized steel, a tariff isn’t going to work. But if the price difference really is 30%, then a tariff could bring the American steel industry back. It’s critically important to get this question right, and there aren’t enough people talking about it.”

Eric Weinstein: 100% of the population has gone completely insane — And here’s the proof Not a metaphor. He says you can pretty much prove it. Biden spent four years with the nuclear football while declining. Almost nobody treated it as a crisis. Stage-managed, like Roosevelt. The entire management of COVID was completely fake. We still can’t “get to the bottom” of Jeffrey Epstein. Nobody trusts Harvard. People are losing faith in CNN. Everything is bananas, fictionalized, managed wall-to-wall. We’re living in what he calls managed reality. Most people have accepted it. He’s stuck watching it.

I went to a small get together last night of virulently anti-Trump people. It honestly didn’t even cross my mind as I’ve known them all for years. But it took less than 5 minutes for the jabs to start. And this is how they ended: one of my acquaintances (Libertarian dude) joked about how JD Vance wouldn’t let some lady who stalks him on Instagram into his rallies until a judge ruled he had to. To which I replied “I don’t blame him the left is blowing people’s heads off.” To which my good friend, a staunch Dem, replied “ He’s got a point!” To which the libertarian replied “oh come on you don’t believe Trump was shot do you?” (He thinks Trump pulled out a razor blade and cut himself I shit you not). My Democrat buddy was so taken aback that he insisted we stopped talking politics. After that it was great. Swear on my life true story.

So it’s an act of war against our current administration, got it.
Zelensky is purposely attacking Russian oil refineries in hopes that it will drive up the price of oil, and it has, and cause the Dems to win the midterms. He expects them to support his war against Russia just as the Europeans do. He knows Trump actually wants to end the war.

🚨 JUST IN: Sec. Bobby Kennedy announces the Trump admin has identified NEARLY 200,000 DUPLICATE ENROLLMENTS in taxpayer healthcare programs, with new savings reaching $1.5 billion as a result... ...and those payments were just going STRAIGHT TO BIG, RICH INSURANCE. These enrollees died. 🤯 THEY JUST KEEP FINDING FRAUD. Greenlit by the Biden administration! "Each of those figures represents a payment that would otherwise have gone to an insurance company, not to an American citizen. That's why we check the records, and that's why we act when payments do not meet the rules." Nobody in DC bothered to check the records until Trump and Bobby Kennedy Every dollar of waste they cut is a dollar that never should have left our pockets!
