Congratulations, President @LulaOficial, on your re-election in Brazil.
The relationship between Canada and Brazil has flourished under our partnership. Let’s seize this opportunity to make it even stronger, together — to create major new trade opportunities, protect the environment, and build greater prosperity for both our peoples.
Congratulations to the MLAs elected here on the North Shore this weekend, and all across B.C.
To @JValeriote74 in West Vancouver-Sea to Sky, @NVanCaroline in West Vancouver-Capilano, @BowinnMa in North Vancouver-Lonsdale, and @LynneBlockBC in North Vancouver-Seymour: I look forward to working closely with each of you, and with Premier-elect @LDoerkson, to strengthen our B.C. economy and build stronger communities.
Thank you to Premier @Dave_Eby for his years of service to British Columbians and leadership on the Canada–B.C. Cooperative Prosperity Agreement, to every candidate who put their name forward, and to the volunteers and election officials who carried us through two elections in two weekends.
Let's keep working together to Build the North Shore Strong and Build Canada Strong. 🇨🇦

Congratulations, @LDoerkson, on your election victory.
I look forward to working with you as Premier to get more homes built, unleash our full potential as an energy superpower, and build a stronger British Columbia and a stronger Canada for all.
Thank you, Premier @Dave_Eby, for your service and all we’ve accomplished together. Major infrastructure projects launched. Export markets unlocked. Jobs protected.
I wish you and your family all the best in this next chapter.
Great coffee, a long list of shared priorities, and a whole lot of optimism for the North Shore.
Thanks for the conversation this morning, @kirklapointe. Looking forward to working closely together for everyone in West Van and to build the North Shore strong. 🇨🇦

We're just hours away from electing the MLAs who will help lead our province through a moment of real consequence for B.C. and for all of Canada.
This summer's Canada–B.C. Cooperative Prosperity Agreement is one key recent example of the kind of work this moment demands, and we'll need much more of it. It invests in major projects throughout the province and in new transportation infrastructure to move people and goods faster across the Lower Mainland, and it expands our port capacity so we can ship more of what we make to new global markets. It builds clean power, like the North Coast Transmission Line, all while protecting our coast and committing to genuine partnership with First Nations.
I believe that's a fundamental standard to hold every candidate to, in tomorrow's big choice.
Let's elect MLAs who are ready to work with every order of government to deliver the infrastructure B.C. needs, open new markets for our exporters, and, crucially, build sustainably, build in real partnership with First Nations, and build in solidarity with our workers. Voting with our values and commitments like these is how we build our communities strong as we build Canada Strong.
Voting is fast and easy, and polls are open Saturday from 8am–8pm. So bring a friend, and go out and VOTE! 🇨🇦🗳️
Interesting numbers on last weekend’s BC local elections 👇
The narrative out there that BC local elections last week were about tossing out incumbents and "time for a change" is not supported by the statistics. #bcpoli
Signed the book of condolence for Pte. Aidan Goulding, Pte. Hayden Lykkemark, Pte. Shaun Farrell & Sgt. Morgan Wong, remembering their extraordinary service.
My heart is with their families & the 27 soldiers still in hospital. We owe them all our support for the long road ahead.
