Just spent an inspiring couple of hours in clarion's Barne Barton regeneration scheme, new warm homes which local people are already enthusiastically enjoying. With solar and heat pumps halving energy bills too!

Please do take part in Plymouth City Council's survey to shape their plan to improve access to nature in our city.
After the damage done by the last council, I'm glad the Labour council is taking nature seriously and improving engagement with residents.

Plymouth: vote to retain leader and cabinet governance today!
We voted against a city DEM in 2002. Whereas Torbay, Bristol and others have u-turned after trying it out, let’s show that Plymouth still knows better.
Polling stations open from 7am to 10pm. Don’t forget photo ID.
Some numbers before Plymouth’s referendum.
Since 2000, there have been 63 refs on local authority mayors. Of those, only 22 voted yes. Of those, only 13 have kept DEMs.
Last time Plymouth was asked, no won with 42811 votes vs 29559. I hope we vote @NoCityMayor again tomorrow.
