Preeclampsia, la última revisión en The Lancet (2026). Puntos importantes:

Another bullshitty use of AI to generate an "infection risk score" that just means a doctor should look at the patient like they should be doing anyway.
Nothing but an excuse to hand millions in public cash to big tech firms and call it 'NHS spending'

It’s a shame this is an April Fools cos you actually couldn’t take my money fast enough.
Hi @TD_Canada, does it always take >1hr on the phone to update address for car/home insurance? I didn't need to wait on hold and the woman is very helpful, but if this is how your business processes work this is poor. Also, the app doesn't let you change the address to be insured
@TD_Canada still on the phone, at 1hr 20mins and now your agent is trying to sell me identity theft protection. All I want to do is update my address. Does your customers' time mean nothing to you?

This is only fixable with full rejection of the myth that rotation provides better training, an end to the system that myth has begotten & a complete re-think about how we integrate residents long-term into teams & apprentice them to consultants in order to actually train them.🔚

This is so wildly disingenuous, @gmcuk.
You've just been exposed as employing social media specialists to monitor doctors' criticisms of your actions & shape your subsequent strategy.
Indeed, I understand I'm one of the doctors you've been spying on - presumably since I have now asked you for 91 days straight to release the results of your public consultation on PAs (the one that you retrospectively claimed was 'research', in order to also dismiss FOI requests to obtain the results - this being despite there being no publicly available research protocol or ethics committee approval of your said 'research' - please do post these if I'm wrong on this).
Do you really think your best strategy for winning back the trust and respect of the medical profession is to digitally snoop on the doctors who have politely & repeatedly urged you to behave with candour, transparency and professionalism - the very values you (rightly) claim are the bedrock of good medicine?
As reputational management goes, I'd suggest to your social media specialists (hi chaps, nice to know you're reading this) that the answer to my question is a resounding 'no'.
I, for one, am livid at your conduct over PA regulation. You are embracing and enabling a political, not patient-centred, agenda - all while riding roughshod over doctors' legitimate and sincerely-held patient concerns.
And I know I am far from alone in this.
In this context, the irony of you being the arbiter of what counts as doctors' professional probity is lost on none of us.

Hi @drmattuk and @Mike88881221 like most organisations we reflect on social media posts we’ve been tagged in, or those which are receiving high levels of interest. This helps us identify topics or issues to communicate with our audiences – whether that’s via social media or other communication channels.
We consider public social media posts alongside a range of other sources of feedback, such as the insights we hear from our conversations with doctors, medical students, patients and our partners in healthcare.

🧵for the new residents and students on the meaning of 'French' and 'Gauge'.
We've covered this on here in the past, but a lot of new people are starting on surgical rotations, so let's look at them again.
As usual, we'll cover their history and what they mean.

@JanetEastham Rcphysicians deliberately delayed the EGM until after the whole shambles went through parliament. Presented misinformation at the EGM. An absolute scandal and @RCPhysicians a disgrace for this and colluding with unsafe AA/PA plan of the government
