Introducing Prospect Enrichment from @getOuterSignal: see who's actually on your email list. Your email list is one of your most valuable assets. And yet everyone on it is a stranger, so you've got no choice but to dump them into a generic flow and hope for the best. Now, using just an email, OuterSignal shows you who they are: age, gender, what they do for work, what they care about, and whether they look like your best customers. So the 28-year-old nurse stops getting the same welcome email as the 55-year-old retiree. And the future VIP hiding in your list gets the VIP treatment before they ever place an order. Newsletter subscribers. Loyalty members. In-store shoppers. If you have their email, now you can know who they are. It's live today for every OuterSignal customer. Take it for a spin and tell us what you think! Not on OuterSignal yet? Now's the time. Comment or DM us and we'll get you set up!

That a debate even exists about the importance of consistent investor updates boggles my mind. Enough about confidentiality; investors are your partners! Put the update behind a DocSend and move on. How you respect one stakeholder is how you respect every stakeholder.
VCs have always checked out when founders stop sending investor updates But today I think even more so The opportunity cost of investing time in a startup that can't be the next Cursor is high If you don't even get monthly updates anymore, well, you just write it off Send them. Especially when times are tougher.

Incredible breakdown on today’s challenges for emerging eCommerce brands from the legendary @dave_stickland @ilovepopsmith
The math doesn't math anymore. Ecommerce is a harder game than it's ever been and there's less money for brands than ever. Brands, Agencies, and Service Providers need to change their models.

I made a mistake with HQ. When we launched the beta, HQ was brand new. Lots of potential, but rough around the edges. The interest was amazing. I did back-to-back 30 minute calls for many months straight. We were onboarding teams while fixing bugs, shipping features and trying to figure out everything else. Honestly, the only reason we kept up was that we ran our own company on HQ. But I burned out from calls. I had no time left to think about product, strategy, gtm. So we went full self-serve. Sign up, onboard yourself, get going. We offered an implementation service but barely tried to sell it. That was a mistake. I lost touch with our customers. Something interesting happened. The first cohort, who used HQ at its roughest, were getting the most value out of it. So were the few customers who paid for implementation. These customers were willing to pay upwards of 10x the price, and consistently claimed HQ unlocked huge value in their business. Self-serve was a gamble. Some teams, mostly AI native ones, got up and running alone. Many fell through the cracks. Looking back, it makes sense. Company brains, second brains, company harnesses are brand new ideas. Most people don't have a mental model for them yet. You can't learn this the same way you learn a CRM. Teams didn't have the time or expertise to get it up alone. So hands-on onboarding is now the default way into HQ. We will handle migrating your knowledge, connecting your systems, training your team. Most importantly, we'll work toward a specific outcome for your business. Agency? Service more clients with fewer people. CPG brand? Forecast demand accurately and grow faster. Software company? Get your team working from the same context. Ship more and deliver more value to your customers. PE Firm? Run your portfolio without growing your ops team. and so on.. If you want to start, you can talk to our team. We will set up your company's AI operating system and leave your team feeling empowered. If you tried HQ before and couldn't get it set up, reach back out and we'll help. Existing customers who want the same service, message me directly.

One of the fastest growing proptech companies in the world 🚀
Today, I visited my friend @zachschofel to help put up a mezuzah at CoSign’s new 6,500-square-foot NYC headquarters! Just six months ago, we wrapped tefillin together at his old 1,000-square-foot office. Since we’ve wrapped together, the company has grown more than 6X in just six months! Amazing to see the growth and all the mitzvahs happening along the way!

New @superangel portco launch 🚀
So excited to launch ROSE! Nearly a year ago, we set out to solve one of the biggest gaps in understanding our health: environmental exposure. We use bloodwork and imaging to understand what’s happening inside our bodies, but know surprisingly little about what’s in the water we drink every day. ROSE is an exposure health company built to give people a clear understanding of what they're exposed to every day, starting with water. Get a water testing kit at getrose.com!

We've closed $2M in ARR this year from just 2 AEs, and Q4 is just getting started. Our secret sauce: hiring from our own customers. Both AEs used Overjoy while working at consumer brands before joining us. And today, more than half of our sales team come from Overjoy customers. Turns out people who know the product firsthand are pretty great at selling it. And we're hiring more people to join our team!

Intelligems is now a Shopify Certified Technology Partner — one of only ~100 apps in the entire Shopify ecosystem to earn it. We were invited into the program, which comes with a rigorous review. Shopify's team evaluates every app on performance, privacy, and the quality and speed of support, and each partner has to pass an independent third-party security assessment. That bar is how we've always approached building Intelligems. We sweat the details, take data security seriously, and have always prioritized world-class support. It's just nice to have Shopify's stamp of approval on our approach. Proud of this team, and thanks to our friends @Shopify!

This is what scaling looks like 📈
Q3 wrapped: +$1.3M ARR, 2,400 demos, 2x headcount. Overjoy’s AI-native Services are now out of stealth: sales experts + Joy agents + our platform, running wholesale growth for consumer brands end to end. Open to every brand. And we’re hiring!

Introducing Verified by @getoutersignal : a new way to add social proof to your site and increase conversion. Verified lets you spotlight the notable customers already buying from you. Pro athletes. Doctors. Founders. Beauty pros. Whatever crowd matters most to your brand, if they're buying from you, you can now show it right on your product page, at the moment a shopper is deciding. Social proof is one of the most powerful ways to drive conversion, but it's gone stale. Everyone runs the same playbook: reviews, creator videos, endorsements. This is something entirely new. We've been quietly testing Verified with a few partner brands and are already seeing incredible lift. The Verified badge is now available for all OuterSignal customers. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

The right campaign for your brand can change everything. Dr. Squatch was 6 years in doing $250k/mo in sales. One campaign took them to $1M/mo. Another took them to $10M/mo. They sold for $1.5B. Story market fit is bigger than product market fit.

We hit $100M in ARR as fast as some of the biggest names in fintech, including PayPal, Ramp and Brex. now processing over $20B in annualized TPV across credit cards, banking, working capital, and much more. the ambition is to build THE global private bank for UHNWIs, bringing business banking, personal finances and wealth management together under one roof. 2027 is going to be a massive year.
