I studied this case of Aarushi Talwar and Hemraj a lot. And I can say that it was not the parents or the other three suspects who killed Aarushi and Hemraj. This is my analysis of what happened in Talwar family's house in Noida. It was an outsider who had some business with Hemraj. Let's call it X (they/them) because the gender is unknown not because it's lgbt or multiple people. It was the murder of Hemraj, not Aarushi. She probably witnessed it, and that's why they took her life as well. This case was never investigated this way only because Hemraj was poor. It was investigated only from Aarushi's angle. This is my theory. One question to you, who do you think is more likely to get into shady things? Ofc Hemraj because of his financial condition that's why i think he's the primary target. Hemraj had some debt, and I have some signs: i) He was not sending money back home, probably because he was paying X. ii) Hemraj's family built their home in Nepal, and that's why he took on the debt. iii) He told a social worker nearby that he feared for his life. Somebody was probably after him. But he was not able to pay it back. He probably borrowed the money from X or X's master. X's job was simply to get the debt money back, and maybe to use force when needed to scare the other people who had taken loans too. X also had some enemies, so they always carried a weapon for their safety. X called Hemraj from a PCO at 8:30 PM to meet him and discuss the issue. Hemraj let them in, and they discussed everything. X asked him for alcohol, so Hemraj went to Rajesh's bar and got a bottle. At one point, to make sure Rajesh, Nupur, and Aarushi didn't find out about X, X may have suggested going to the terrace to resolve the issue, and there, X killed Hemraj. X was most probably a career criminal, since their job was to deal with people who had debts. Now X wanted to remove everything that could get them caught, so they went back into the house, took Hemraj's mobile, went to the living room, and took a sip. At that point, Aarushi heard something, came out of her room, and saw them. Aarushi had a throat issue, so she couldn't make a loud noise. They then hit her with the same weapon at the door and dragged her to the bed to slit her throat. While she was being dragged, the friction between her clothes and the floor undressed her (this happens with babies as well when they crawl and their pants get pulled down). This is important because it explains why she was found dressed and cleaned: they probably adjusted her clothes again. They took her to the bed because her parents were more likely to find out if she was left at the door instead of in her room. Her parents could have found out earlier while going to, say, the washroom or the door. Putting her in the room gave X more time to escape, and they had a weapon for their security in case things could get rougher. Then they took her phone, took another sip of the liquor, closed the terrace door, and left the locality. It was 1 AM by this time, and 20 years back people used to sleep early, so the guard was either sleeping or walking around and didn't notice. And then the parents were sure Hemraj did it, so they didn't let the investigation happen until the next day, when he was found on the terrace. I'm sure this is the true story. Now, X was definitely someone known to Hemraj, of course, but to Aarushi as well. Otherwise, they could have just left her after the first hit. But since she definitely knew them, she could have told the police about them later. If she hadn't known them, she would have forgotten them after regaining her senses, because it was a short interaction. So it made sense for them to unalive her as well. Two people lost their lives that night, but only one of them was ever really investigated. Maybe if someone had looked into Hemraj's life the way they looked into Aarushi's, we would have the answer by now. Justice for Aarushi, and justice for Hemraj. One more thing to tell you that the killer is still roaming freely in Delhi NCR even at this very moment.
