Unbelievable!!! So after eventually getting a techinician out to replace one machine and repair the other and being assured they are both working, the one breaks down and stops responding while we are busy with our first group sign up in over year!!! @FNBSA @Rbjacobs
So... we have not used our @FNBSA credit card machines in over a year (no tourists). We now have a large group arriving next week that will be doing card transactions and neither of our speedpoint machines are working! Trying to get anyone to assist at FNB is impossible!

I have to ask @FNBSA... how do we as a business in the tourism sector, that has struggled so tremendously over the last year, do business when we can't even get working credit card machines!?! Just been dropped again after 30 minutes on line with call centre!!!
