Playing multiple sports in high school is a winning formula.
Multi-sport participants learn from multiple coaches, participate in cross-training to strengthen athleticism and have a reduced risk of overuse injuries and burnout.

I will be joining the cause to begin to bring @legionbaseball and Junior Legion Baseball back in this country. It’s time for teen age athletes to have a strong alternative. Playing the game for community and country ! The time has come to make this happen in parts of the country that want @legionbaseball in their community and state! If you are interested please DM your name and part of the country ! #baseball #legionbaseball
“Gonna knock PENIX out of the game”……nice stat line Dorlus……looks like the ducks were playing for clicks not wins!
Oregon players are outright saying that their goal is to injure Michael Penix.
When asked about this weekend, Brandon Dorlus said his goal was to "Take out Michael Penix (Jr.)." He then smiled and celebrated the idea that Oregon may have hurt Penix the last time they played.
He went on to talk about how Lupoi told their defense that Penix was a "standard (not anything special)" QB when you force him off his spot. And that he's only dangerous from the pocket.

🚨Grumpy ol’ fart alert:🚨
Hi, I’m a career .178 hitter in my 2 seasons in the big leagues. It took me 50 games to hit my first homer. And while I obviously have the right to be super excited about it being a walkoff, I’m gonna go full blown dipsh*+. -Will Benson

I was fortunate to grow up on St. Louis Cardinals baseball. It will always be extremely special to me. But after 10 years, I’ve found a new home. Seattle is where I’m supposed to be. And calling Mariners baseball is what I love to do. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

With the arrest of an Idaho murder suspect in Penn., and now that the Twitter true crime sleuths have been proven to be idiots, can we please give credit to law enforcement for tracking the suspected murderer down? “Like” if you agree. #Idaho4 #idahostudents #IdahoFour #MoscowPD
This would be similar to holding car manufacturers and dealerships accountable for damages caused by a stolen car…

Gov. Inslee's Transportation Commission and Democrat lawmakers propose a 2.5-cent mileage tax on every mile you drive (HB 2026). This policy would especially harm those on fixed incomes and in rural areas. We strongly oppose these plans. #waleg #CarWars
