Day 44 #4for44 - just one to celebrate the end of the holidays with a delicious half bottle of @MoetEt_Chandon rosé all to myself. It’s been a tough break for many reasons but today has been good - my Chelsea won & BFernandez is giving my fantasy team my best score ever!

What a day #4for44! 3 of my 5 siblings met up to disperse our father’s ashes in the sea in Aldeburgh as per his dying wishes - a moving, if at times hilarious day, starting with dad joining us for lunch at The Suffolk & ending at the community centre watching #CFCvFul 💕

As we hit half way on day 22, I’ve only 3 pics #4for#44 as I’m not allowed to post his face! His M&D were moving today so I had the pleasure of a garden sweeper helper and we watched central line trains from a bridge!

On my way home from a fabulous restorative couple of days by the East Sussex sea with friends. For the first time in 15 years or so swam in the calm clear sea and have never walked over 20k steps before! #4for44

Here’s my son with him 10 years ago

Here’s my son James, the musician, with Sir David Attenborough 10 years ago! He was part of my childhood as my dad was a pioneer in Music and Arts broadcasting at the time Sir David was controller of BBC2
