What a day #4for44! 3 of my 5 siblings met up to disperse our father’s ashes in the sea in Aldeburgh as per his dying wishes - a moving, if at times hilarious day, starting with dad joining us for lunch at The Suffolk & ending at the community centre watching #CFCvFul 💕

Inset day 1 - full day of training so no dedicated time for classroom set up or time with year group team 😢

We had a BBQ hosted by boy4. Some of the attendees I have known for nearly a quarter of a century. That they still want to visit the house of their Y1 LSA is just brilliant but I can’t post their photos as I didn’t ask permission 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

As we hit half way on day 22, I’ve only 3 pics #4for#44 as I’m not allowed to post his face! His M&D were moving today so I had the pleasure of a garden sweeper helper and we watched central line trains from a bridge!

I retrained and qualified as a primary teacher when I was 52. Bringing plenty of life experience to the party, my school has no intention of hurrying me out even though I’ll be 67 soon but I have dropped to 0.8! I lead year 6 and computing and love my job!

I remember watching William Hartnell as Dr Who (in b/w) from behind the sofa!
