I'm already suing officer Fraga of New Braunfels PD on another case. Seems she's just a bitch to EVERYONE. This won't look good for her. New Braunfels PD may wanna start pulling her body camera after every shift.
Does Texas law actually require a Texas-issued DL to drive on Texas roads even if you have a valid license from your home state? Why does this officer think it does? New Braunfels, TX - NBPD Officer Beverly Fraga (#218) stopped a driver after following him from a gas station. The driver presented a valid out-of-state driver’s license. Fraga repeatedly demanded a Texas-issued DL, treating the presented license as invalid or insufficient, and issued citations for no driver’s license and expired driver’s license. Sgt. Hobbs later arrived. Driver argued he was not a Texas resident and did not need a Texas DL. Fraga insisted otherwise while holding the license. Citations were written. Driver was released. All citations were dismissed. Driver requested body and dash cam. Footage reportedly showed Fraga made statements about the stop and reason for ordering the driver out that did not match the video. Sgt. Hobbs is quoted telling Fraga the driver was “baiting” her. He filed formal a complaint with NBPD. No reported outcome. ❓Does insisting on a Texas DL from a non-resident with a valid license constitute looking out for public safety or looking out for the city coffers? ❓If you were pulled over and presented a valid out-of-state license, how would you respond to a demand for a Texas DL?

*AT&T moves all customer service call center jobs back to the US* Canadians:
AMERICA ONSHORE 🇺🇸 AT&T just announced that they’re bringing customer service call center jobs back to the U.S. This is a win for American jobs and for every customer who gets frustrated speaking with overseas operators. AT&T: “By the end of next year, all AT&T home internet, home phone, and post-paid wireless consumers will be served by Care experts located in the United States.” Thank you, AT&T.

Secretary Rubio, A country that welcomes people from across the world has every reason to take seriously those who respond to that welcome by celebrating the murder of its citizens. I urge the Department of State to enforce its announced policy toward foreign nationals who glorify political assassination, including a review of the recorded incident at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Following Charlie Kirk’s assassination, your Department established a clear position. Deputy Secretary Christopher Landau warned that foreigners who glorify violence and hatred are unwelcome and directed consular officials to review statements praising, rationalizing, or making light of the killing. You stated... “America will not host foreigners who celebrate the death of our fellow citizens.” At a Turning Point USA “Pick Up the Mic” event at UTSA, a participant later identified as Isa Casahuga, who introduced herself as “Pamper Baby” and described herself as an immigrant, used the microphone to recite a poem about Kirk’s assassination. Adapting the language of a familiar Christmas poem, she invoked the “Kirkiversary,” described “a shot to the neck,” and promoted a gathering called “Squirt for Kirk.” When Christian Collins challenged her conduct, she answered... “Baby, I’m thrilled.” She then turned her attention to the living speaker before her... “You’re brave for being out here,” she said, referring to his having “no protection” and no “neck brace.” That final remark is unforgivable. Having made one man’s fatal wound the centerpiece of her performance, she turned to the living speaker before her and drew attention to his vulnerability to the same violence. The warning to young conservatives willing to pick up a microphone was unmistakable... remember what happened to Charlie Kirk. Political assassination destroys more than a life and it attacks the freedom of everyone who must decide whether speaking publicly is worth the danger. Celebrating the killing extends that injury. It tells the victim’s family that their grief is entertainment and tells others entering public life that their deaths, too, may become an occasion for applause. A university microphone carries a particular responsibility. Open debate depends on people being willing to appear, disagree, and answer one another in public. Turning a speaker’s murder into a joke corrodes the conditions that make that exchange possible. A visa is a privilege. A privilege extended by the American people, held on good behavior, revocable by the American people. Celebrating the assassination of our citizens is the clearest failure of good behavior there is. Your Department recognized the gravity of celebrating political murder when it announced this policy. Isa Casahuga’s public celebration of that cruelty demands that the principle now be enforced. The people willing to stand before a microphone should never have to wonder whether the government takes the celebration of their possible murder as seriously as those celebrating it do.
At @UTSA for Pick Up the Mic, a student read a poem celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk with such glee, then told me I was brave to be out here without my neck covered. I told her I’d pray for her. This is the climate. We pick up the mic anyway.

For over 3 years I’ve been following the case of Demetrius Kern after he was arrested by Cleveland Heights, Ohio police officers for not producing his ID… Mr. Kern had been falsely arrested and charged after he was almost hit by a police cruiser driven by Officer Carly Lewis, whose video deposition was featured back in January of this year… That arrest was made primarily at the direction of Officer Lewis’s supervisor, Sgt. Naftali Wolf, whose video deposition was featured in February of this year. At the end of that video, I mentioned that the civil lawsuit against them was still pending, and that the parties were waiting on the judge to rule on the officers’ request for qualified immunity….

It's wild that THIS guy is a legitimate threat to take a U.S. Senate seat from Texas. Talarico may be the most woke humanoid in America. He literally speaks in a foreign language that only other wokesters can interpret. It's like he was constructed in a lab by a woke AI.
RESURFACED: Senate candidate James Talarico quotes a poem by Islamic mystic Hafiz while standing before a cross draped in a Pride flag at his Austin church.
