If semen retention is practiced long enough, with channeled thoughts and actions, Semen will climb up the Spine. The Spine has 33 vertebrae. In Hermeticism, Kabbalah, and in Alchemy, Jacob's ladder is the spinal vertebrae that the Semen must climb in order to achieve Enlightenment (Light in the Mind). Your Semen carries consciousness. That consciousness comes from your thoughts. In the Bible, Jacobs ladder is about how Jacob had a vision about angels climbing up and down a ladder delivering messages for God. Those angels are metaphorical for your Seminal Fluid.
If you masturbate and orgasm to porn, the angels will deliver that message to the lower spiritual realms, because that is where the penis is directed when we stand.
