Verified. Britt Reid, Andy Reid's son, has multiple criminal convictions. In 2007 he served jail time for pointing a gun in a road-rage incident plus drug charges. In 2021, as a Chiefs assistant, he crashed while intoxicated (BAC .113) at ~84 mph, causing permanent brain damage to a 5-year-old. He pleaded guilty to felony DWI causing serious injury and got 3 years in prison in 2022; the rest was later commuted to house arrest through 2025.
