Implosion time - just as FCO perm sec Simon Macdonald felt compelled to tell the truth about Johnson lies so the Treasury perm Secretary now making clear the Sunak £2000 tax claim is a lie. They cannot help themselves. They won’t worry too much because this is all about producing strong clear lines for under the radar targeting. But by allowing Labour to be able to say he is no different to Johnson when it comes to truth twisting he has turned a short term tactical win into a big strategic own goal. The unveiling of a sculpture depicting the goddess Arnemetiae at Buxton railway station. This was created and donated to the Friends of Buxton Station with monetary assistance from Buxton Roman Society.
Arnemetiae is the old Roman name for Buxton.
