I don't think everyone will be a nomad, our connections to places are just too strong. I do think that we can have network states (or sovereign individuals) inhabiting discrete points within nation states though. Go to a place like Nairobi and you see how one can live in a bubble-like society within a nation state. Basically I agree fully with the sentiment but we need more options than having to pack up and leave home all the time. I like traveling, but not forever.
