I have officially taken this WAY too far... This whole song is built on the J.A.W.S. drop by Lxury from my last post. (im calling it slopcore) Blew my Higgsfield credits lol so I cut it short but Opus 5.5 is a beast at editing. My stack: @claudeai @higgsfield_ai @suno @ ZYN (headphones again)
(headphones required) I had Opus 5.5 reverse engineer an 8-second drop I couldn't stop hearing, then turned it into 6 remixes with Suno. Then I put Opus in a loop until it made this video explaining how. Reverse engineering any sound might turn into a repo next.

Claude was feeling bad about all these upping my p(doom) music videos so I let it write its own response. (With a little help from Suno and I.)

I’M UPPING MY P(DOOM) - my personal interpretation of AI slop with Opus 5.5. Enjoy! This one needed a while. Hope you love it as much as I do! @claudeai please! don’t nerf Opus 5.5.

Opus 5.5, Beethoven, and Fate. Inspired by "I'm Upping My P(doom)", a five-minute classical music video, written as code and rendered frame by frame by Claude (Opus 5.5) in Claude Code. It draws on seven classical works. No image or video generation model was used anywhere in the film. The source code is open: github.com/jtydhr88/fate-pv

I'm not a music producer, I'm not a director, but creating this cool stuff is now very possible. What a crazy time we live in 🎵 Upping My P(Doom) - DnB Remix 🤖Suno v6 & Opus 5.5 xhigh

that’s pretty cool! i also gave it a try with a different style direction and the result (after a few rounds of tweaking) is impressive

Can confirm Opus 5.5 is able to one-shot this. Upping my P(doom) for real.

Today we’re releasing Underdog Bark 3.0, the #1 frontier speech model It's a tiny 163 MB download as accurate as NVIDIA’s Parakeet (15x bigger). It beats OpenAI's Whisper large-v3 (57x bigger) It's fast- transcribes 1 min of audio in <0.25s on a Macbook. On recorded meetings (AMI), Bark 3.0 gets 7.82% of words wrong. Parakeet gets 9.42%. OpenAI's Whisper large-v3 gets 13.63% error rate Bark runs on both your Laptop & Phone. It’s free and open source under CC-BY 4.0 Try private on-device meeting notes & dictation, powered by Bark, in Underdog today: underdog.ai/bark

We formally announced Mirendil less than 4 months ago. Today, I'm excited to share an important milestone for: Pretraining at scale without a pretraining team. Mirendil's mission is to solve Recursive Self-Improvement (RSI) and use it to democratize frontier AI development, ultimately accelerating science and technology. At Mirendil, when we think about RSI, we think holistically about the company as an intelligent entity that self-improves toward its goal. From that perspective, the most powerful notion of acceleration is reducing the time and resources (number of human experts, compute, and other costs) needed to achieve ambitious goals. Given that pretraining is perhaps the most important yet most challenging part of frontier AI development, we decided to run an ambitious controlled experiment: Starting fully from scratch, can we significantly reduce the time, number of human experts, and compute resources needed to go all the way to successfully pretraining a strong coding model at scale? Mirendil-Base is the result of this experiment. Our first pretrained model was built by one researcher in 3.5 months, with less than $10M in compute. This includes all the research and small-scale experiments it took to get there, as well as the final training run. The recipe holds up as the models get bigger. For reference, Mirendil-Base is in the 100B-500B parameter range, Mirendil-Base-Large in the 500B-2T range, and Mirendil-Base-XL in the 2T-10T range. We're beginning to see a world where a single researcher, empowered by AI, can take on work that once required an entire research organization. As these systems improve, the bottleneck shifts from the size of a team to the ambition and judgment of the people directing them. This has profound implications for who gets to build AI and, ultimately, who gets to push the frontiers of science and technology forward. We’ll share independent evaluations, post-training benchmarks and API-access sooner than you think so stay tuned!

There are two really interesting bets here: - Agents in human group chats require a new social contract. A dedicated app lets you establish it with agents in the room from day one. - Personal agents need more than a chat interface. Rich mini-apps give people a shared place to plan, play and get things done together. Very cool to see the personal agents space heat up with thoughtful bets in very different directions. Congratulations @ekuyda & team!
Wabi 2.0 is live! personal agents are one person, one chat. but the parts of life that matter run on more than one person Wabi is an agent you use together. you talk to it, it does stuff, builds the apps you need, and anyone can join the thread - your partner, your best friend, the preschool moms groupchat school changes pickup time → Wabi updates the family calendar, everyone sees it. a show you’d both love → Wabi finds a night that works, gets the tickets. the trip everyone keeps talking about → Wabi picks the dates, builds the itinerary, books it go start a thread with your people 👇

Wabi CEO @ekuyda predicts the next big consumer AI platform will be multiplayer, not another personal AI agent: "Today most AI products are single player, and you could argue they don’t have much of a moat. They don’t have switching costs. It was pretty easy to move between Claude and ChatGPT, but at least they had some memory about me." "With these single player agents, it’s so easy to jump between them because all the context is in my Gmail." "In a year, one of the biggest consumer AI platforms will be multiplayer and will have network effects in it. Right now we just sort of agree that single player is the way to go for most AI products." "A year from now we’ll look back at it as the early innings, and the products that will win will have network effects and will be focused on you talking to other people, not just AI." @wabi
