I feel like more people now are so quick to turn on somebody with mental illnesses the moment the ugly starts showing through the cracks. It’s not encouraging to feel like you have a support system when those people would be inclined to leave you in the dirt at your worst.

Bpd is more then just crashouts. It’s a lot of silent lonely suffering, beating yourself up over things from years ago, not letting yourself get close to people etc. We need help but we need understanding too, we didn’t ask for intense emotional mood swings.

Genuinely when I’m splitting i feel like my mind, body and soul are being ripped in half. I go through all of my copes and try my best to be consciously aware of the things im saying and doing but genuinely there are times where everything fails and you cant do anything abt it
