How much shares/value/% of KAST is '120000 options' based on the last round?
How does this compare to the value per point KAST threw around happily to boost conversion, retention, and spend per user?
If you put part of your company in an SPV like that anyways, why not tokenize it like Backpack did and make it tradable? Legally it is obviously possible and done before. Seeing the chart on their token shows that it can 100% be done successfully too. It could also create a wealth effect for your core user base, boosting your revenue even more (users with money spend more money)
It still looks like a bunch of hot air and trust me bro math, trying to cool down the legitimate negative public opinions and the bad taste that is left behind in every user's mouth
