Last night is exactly why no President has dealt with Iran before now We don't reward Presidents for acting in the best long-term interest of the country We reward them for avoiding difficult decisions if it means we don't have to make any sacrifices during any given 2yr period

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. Gov. Ron DeSantis just BLEW UP and went on an America first RAMPAGE on national TV "I saw NO INDICATION that Republican senators were interested in doing conservative change! WHY haven't we done immigration, SHUT OFF H1B visas?! WHY haven't we CODIFIED Trump's immigration executive orders?! Why haven't we STRIPPED jurisdiction from the federal courts over deportation cases?! There's SO MANY THINGS we COULD HAVE DONE." "THEY DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT IT." "They say, 'oh, if only we needed 50 votes we would've done it!' YOU DON'T HAVE 50 VOTES. You NEVER SHOWED you'd do conservative things, even with 50 votes! [RE: filibuster]...I NEVER saw an indication that they'd do it." "This midterm was a rebuke of the president and Congress...BUT, a LOT of our voters stayed home because they were FRUSTRATED with the LACK of productivity from Republicans in the House and Senate." A fire was just lit under this man. Honestly have not seen him get that fired up in a LONG time We definitely deserved better from our Senate. Now, we need to repair and win in 2028, or Democrats are destroying America!

🚨 BREAKING: Gov. Ron DeSantis says because Texas just got a Democrat Attorney General, THEY WILL TARGET ELON MUSK Elon is welcome in Florida! ☀️ "I think about Elon Musk! I guarantee you they will do that." "Having the Gigafactory there, it's gonna be problematic for him. The political hostility is VERY strong." "It could have been nobody was left standing given how bad that election was. We're left standing and I know not only Byron, but James, and Blaise and Wilton...they've got a lot of responsibility to make sure that we're living up to the great success."

Most people still don’t understand just how amazing Florida is I‘ve lived in NYC, Massachusetts, Vermont, spent lots of time in California… Nothing compares to South Florida The weather. The peace. The people. The politics. Best state in the US and it’s not remotely close.

The boomer thing is real. My mother is currently blowing through generational money because "she deserves it", and we wont need money because "You do very well". My wife's parents are rich, and keep telling them "all this money is yours someday". While actually giving their 40 year old children $0 so far. The expectation of leaving your children better off than you were died with boomers and was reborn with Gen X. Its the shittiest generation

Every time somebody famous comes out and says they don't want kids, we get to see how mentally stable and secure in their decision many parents are.
Seth Rogen has all the hallmarks of a man who’s going to leave his wife after 20+ years, impregnate someone who was born after their wedding day, and tell you fatherhood has changed his life, given him a new zest and he’s never felt a love like it etc etc etc

We lost BAD last night but what matters still matters. Woke is over and Trump will continue with mass deportations for two years. He now has the Hornet’s House of Representatives swarming around him but everything happening is still happening.

Texas = soon to be a sanctuary state. Ugh.
Understand the implications of what happened in Texas last night. Gina Hinojosa has called on Gov. Abbott to end state & local cooperation with ICE & she can order that on day one. Hinojosa voted against the 2017 SB 4 as a TX state rep. The bill was essentially a sanctuary cities ban and required TX law enforcement to cooperate with ICE detainers. She then voted against another SB 4 in 2023, which made it a state crime to cross illegally into Texas. Should there be another border crisis in coming years, there will likely be no resistance from Texas at the border. No Texas DPS, no TX National Guard, no razor wire or water buoys, and no Operation Lone Star, which Hinojosa called a “dog and pony show” and “political theater”. Remember when 15,000 Haitians surged illegally into Del Rio, TX in 2021 under the international bridge? That was only stopped because Texas DPS responded on Abbott’s orders and physically blocked further crossings by lining up their cruisers to form a wall. The Biden Border Patrol was caught off guard and offered almost no resistance, except for some horseback agents who were falsely slandered for “whipping”. Additionally, because Republicans failed to pass any legislation codifying President Trump’s border security measures, if Dems take the White House in 2028, that Dem president could, if he/she wants to, reverse every single Trump border security policy immediately upon taking office because they were all done at the executive level, and they can order Border Patrol to go back to a passive catch & release policy like we saw under Biden.

The more money I made the more I realized: • Nobody knows you’re rich (and that’s the point) • Rich people don’t know what day it is (to tell you the truth) • You’ll never get rich with your current friends.. yeah, I said it • All that stuff doesn’t make you happy at all • You don’t need a high IQ to get rich, you just have to be obsessed • Money loves speed • Your income is capped by what feels normal to you

🚨 JUST NOW: Gov. Ron DeSantis says had he not put Amendment 3, phase out property taxes on the ballot this year, REPUBLICANS MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN WIPED OUT. "This is close to an extinction-level event for Republicans in many parts of the country as we have seen probably in the last hundred years." "Of the 10 largest states in this union, only one state will have Republican control of their state, the state of Florida." ☀️ A lot of Republicans made sure to vote in Florida to end property taxes. He's got a point. Republicans barely won, despite a large registration advantage!

Florida will now be at the state everyone moves to. We have reduced our property taxes significantly and we pay no state income tax. God bless Florida.

Florida, without a state income tax, is really now going to put a big dent in property taxes as well. I love this place.
