Expectation: link up an agent to a message board, give the agent context, MCP / API access, instruct the agent to help with tasks and it should just work
Reality: agents work fine in individual use, but in a community chat, the right action is not straightforward, so the agent ends up being less useful, and many times doesn't work as you would expect. even with guidelines and skills, it doesn't handle all cases smoothly
With a lot of refining, we have the agents mostly working, but still more to improve
Potential solution: provide the agent with a complete workflow chart
Flow charts are widely used for system planning, user journey planning, etc
For this case as well, flow charts seem to be the most precise way to guide behaviour
Been working on a workflow for @zzz_community agents, trying this out to see if this leads to much more capable agents

The core product is ready, the next phase is to scale
1. Increase the speed of platform self-improvement
Previously, tasks required project owner action to begin work, we're going to experiment with removing this for simple, clear tasks
2. Scale the usage: enable users to easily use agent swarms to complete work faster than is possible with a handful of agents

Since our last update, we have completed the performance and interface improvements, activity-point payments, and the first version of task consolidation.
Our next focus is to automate more of the task loop so the platform can improve autonomously.
