Dear X Friends and Acquaintances and those who have asked questions about this,
Charlie Kirk was a Christian and he also studied LRH's religious philosophy, Scientology, and Charlie applied Scientology with great ability to help himself, his family, his friends and to assist those who looked to him for advice.
Several of those people are significant leaders in the world with varying and considerable spheres of influence.
Charlie and I discussed Scientology many many times initially over email even before we met, when we were first introduced, in London in Dec 2018 when we first met in person, when we visited Israel with him on a family holiday and later again in London and in Clearwater, Florida when his visited us there.
He appreciated it and these conversations tremendously, at time, they were, in his words "life saving" these communications certainly helped him in wonderful ways.
His family used LRH philosophy too, and benefited too.
Charlie had tremendous success and gains and wins from applying what he had studied in LRH's scriptures and in applying his philosophy.
Without the knowledge that Scientology contains and without the donations of many people that also respect LRH, Turning Point would not have had anywhere near the growth that it did.
Below is a text that he wrote to me about a specific part of Scientology Technology.
As that technology is so valuable, I share the on-line course that relates to it, below in this thread.
This is the part of the subject to which he is referring in that particular text.
I mentioned this now as I have had many questions about this and I have no wish for people to be in a mystery and scientology and how it was used by Charlie.
This was not the only part of scientology that Charlie found interesting and used on a regular basis.

This is part of Charlies eternal legacy it was part of his life and his work.
We hope you experience the benefits and gains that he did.
When we last dined in London he wanted me to come on his show to discuss our friendship and our spiritual and the political journey that we had had together. And how Irina and I had assisted in the early Turning point expansion.
This would have been a new direction for our involvement with Charlie as our friendship and the subjects that we discussed had never been particularly public facing before.
I mentioned it now solely because so many people have enquired and it's only correct to know the truth.
We hope you experience the wins and the positive results that Charlie had in applying what he learned.

As our lawyers will soon make clear to you, your insinuation that JTN or any of its employees are engaged in a “money exchange” or a “pay and bribe” scheme with Qatar simply because they showed up in a FARA media contact report is demonstrably false and defamatory. Most times, a PR firm, lobbying firm or law firm working for a foreign power has a contact with an American media outlet it gets reported on a FARA report.
Just the News has appeared in such reports for Qatar and Israel. Why? We once asked for comment on an Iran attack on Qatari energy assets. Another time we asked for an interview with a Qatari official — which we got — to confirm the Biden administration asked Qatar to restore Hamas’s operating headquarters in Doha after the October 7 attack. Hardly the stuff of jihadi terrorist propaganda or Qatari bribery. Right now American media are likely seeking Qatari comment from its PR firms on the Iran talks. Those likely will result in new entries on future FARA filings. It’s a basic requirement of journalism and fair comment, not a necessary sign of terrorist sympathies.

You also deceptively trimmed the form to show just a FARA report of a text message to Jack seeking a meeting. Had you shown the more complete form to X readers they would see similar routine contacts with Fox News, The Daily Mail, Newsmax, CNN and NBC. These aren’t on their face sinister. They’re usually just efforts to secure updates on international news. They also reported a contact on the same page as Jack with Secretary Bessent. You deprived readers of that information. They can see the form below.
Finally, you plastered my photo and the names of our brands on your X account with an insinuation we are bought and paid for by terrorist sympathizers, ironically, on the same day we broke a story exposing how Abdul El-Sayed campaigned inside Islamic mosques and centers whose clerics called America “Satan” and who prayed for “revenge” against Zionists. What’s interesting is that the form had box 3 checked.
NXH didn’t have this. I can’t find any precedent.
What does box 3 mean?
17 CFR 240.12d2-2(a)(3) is the successor security provision.
The SEC's own General Instructions for Form 25 Instruction 12 says:
"In the event removal is being effected under Rule 12d2-2(a)(3) and the national securities exchange has admitted or intends to admit a successor security to trading under the temporary exemption provided for by Exchange Act Rule 12a-5 (17 CFR 240.12a-5), the Form 25 shall be filed with the Commission in a manner that ensures that the delisting does not become effective until the successor security is removed from its exempt status."
Read that again.
The delisting does not become effective until the successor security is live on the exchange.
The NYSE is telling the SEC: we are removing this security because it is being replaced, not because it expired.
