This is exactly what I've been saying and will keep saying till everyone opens their eyes well.
Lionel Messi can never thrive as the main man in a team filled with stars that always want to prove that they also are the best in the world. He needs all the stars to succumb to him and worship him, if they don't, the team scatters and becomes ineffective just like Hakimi is saying here.
Let's take a good look at when he first burst fully into the limelight in 2008/2009 season, Eto'o and Henry all needed to switch to the wings to accommodate him as a false 9, they both played for him to take all the glory and it became a success, it continued like that with Villa too and was successful till around 2013/2014 when Sanchez started to fade and Villa was finished and flinged to Atletico Madrid.
Then Suarez and Neymar came and played for him, especially Neymar, they had to accept the secondary star for Messi to rule and it was also successful till Neymar left.
Now, he went to PSG were the French people weren't worshipping him or forcing other stars like Mbappe and Neymar(this time isn't obliged to worship him) to play for him, he had to prove that he is actually head and shoulders above them but he couldn't. He failed miserably there, goals? Mbappe and Neymar destroyed him, assists? Mbappe beat him once or even twice. It was clear he couldn't compete with them and he was chased away.

George Clooney posed with his wife Amal and his 14 closest friends (known as "The Boys") at a dinner party in September 2013, where he famously gifted each of them a Tumi suitcase containing $1 million in cash ($14 million total) along with covering their yearly taxes...
The story was made public in 2017 by Clooney’s friend Rande Gerber, who was at the dinner. He said Clooney invited the group over, then wheeled in the suitcases one by one.
Gerber said he tried to turn the money down, but Clooney told him that if he didn’t take it, no one would. Clooney also reportedly paid the taxes on all of the gifts, so his friends wouldn’t owe anything.
Clooney later confirmed the story. He said many of the friends had helped him when he was broke and struggling as a young actor in Los Angeles in the 1980s, and that some of them were going through hard times of their own.
The total gift came to $14 million.
Clooney could afford it. In 2013, he co-founded the tequila brand Casamigos with Rande Gerber and businessman Mike Meldman. Four years later, they sold it for up to $1 billion.

There’s this guy who has been asking my colleague out. He owns a small restaurant on the Island, and every day by 12pm, he sends his dispatch rider to bring lunch for her.
When I say lunch, I don’t mean small chops o. I’m talking correct stir-fry pasta, hot party jollof, sometimes assorted pepper soup with rice, etc. He literally made a food menu for her. So by 11am, she’s already anticipating correct food by 12pm.
One of my colleagues jokingly said, “I hope you’re dating this man o, because he’s really intentional about you.”
This babe opened her mouth and said, “Dating who? I can’t date him o. He’s not my type. I just love the food, so let me keep giving him false hope.”
Yesterday, the man didn’t send lunch, so we were curious. We noticed she kept checking her phone every minute, waiting for the dispatch rider’s call.
By 2pm, she called the man to find out why he hadn’t sent food. The guy told her to give him a response, yes or no, on whether she was going to date him so he could channel his time and attention elsewhere.
This babe started shouting, “So because of your rubbish food that you bring every day, you’re giving me an ultimatum to choose whether I’ll date you or not?”
Before she could complete the sentence, the guy hung up on her. 😂😂😂
