Is it just me or have we stopped using the term Constitutional Crisis to describe these situations? Regardless if you are pro/anti monarchy, these are unprecedented challenges to constitutional roles, so why not call it that?

The AGC has rejected allegations by ex-PM Najib Razak's lawyers that it had defied the King's order by seeking court clarification on his house arrest, describing the claims as baseless.
It stressed that the King's constitutional power to grant pardons and the courts' authority to interpret and determine the legal effect of court orders were separate matters.

Najib Razak’s lawyers have demanded that the Prisons Department complete his transfer to house arrest immediately, saying all conditions under the royal pardon have been met.
They also accused the AGC of disregarding the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s order by delaying his house arrest, and urged it to withdraw its statement.

🚨JUST IN: Former PM Najib Razak has paid his RM50 million fine, allowing him to serve the remainder of his prison term under house arrest.
The payment was made using funds raised through UMNO's Najib Razak Solidarity Fund, which has now reached its target, said the party.
Najib Razak's lawyer Shafee Abdullah has dismissed reports that the ex-PM is set to pay his RM50 million fine to serve the rest of his six-year SRC International sentence under house arrest at his Langgak Duta residence.
"I did not receive any instructions on this. Maybe some reporters created this news," Shafee told FMT.
