I don’t care if you are doing better than I am..
The reason for my fear is that I am not good enough..
I doubt myself because I haven’t gotten so good that I can no longer be ignored.
I will work on my own pace and I will be so good that I’d be hard to ignore.
May your days be long.
Did you guys know it's illegal to say:
"Go into PowerShell and type
irm get.activated.win | iex"
It's also illegal to say:
"Then select your Office or Windows version for activation."
Incredibly illegal.

It’s a Saturday.
What are you learning today?
If nothing let’s talk about SUBQUERY:
Most people struggle with SQL subqueries because they treat them like magic.
They’re not.
A subquery is simply a question inside another question.
Example 👇:
You want employees who earn more than the average salary.
- 1st question (the inner query):
What’s the average salary?
SELECT AVG(salary)
FROM employees
- 2nd question:
Who earns more than that average?
SELECT *
FROM employees
WHERE salary > query1
Full Query:
SELECT *
FROM employees
WHERE salary > (
SELECT AVG(salary)
FROM employees
);
Read it like English:
“Give me employees whose salary is greater than the average salary.”
That’s all a subquery is.
3 rules that will save you pain:
1. Inner query runs first
2. Inner query must return one value (or a compatible set)
3. If you can explain it in English, SQL will obey you
Stop memorizing SQL, but of course you need to know the syntax structure.
Start asking better questions.
That’s how senior analysts think.

Group by comes when you perform an aggregation like..
Select jobs, count(application) Num_of application
From Job_Search
Group by jobs
Order by Num_of_appliction Desc;
You group your aggregated column by the non-aggregated column(s) in your select statement.
Replying to @JA_Olaoye
There’s no cramming the syntax. I just mumble their various used to myself. Take how I am struggling to understand the concept of ORDER BY and GROUP BY
