AIIMS Gorakhpur chief falls ill and visit AIIMS for treatment...! Gets reffered to a private hospital 😂 When doctors appointed through reservation are not able to provide proper treatment then why don't they abolish reservation? When the hospital chief himself does not trust the doctors appointed through reservation, then why doesn't he end the reservation.

Some of those who sit in judgment will be the ones judged. Soon. Documents. Pictures. Money trail. More. It will explain why someone like Saurav Das wants to be close to.. well... soon.

Insurance companies have this habit of sending 'useful' information before the premium date. Are they also so proactive in sending updates when it comes to a claim?

...The Madras high court has affirmed the cancellation of an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card for an American citizen involved in missionary activities without proper government permission, highlighting the strict regulations for religious work in India ...The judge said the petitioner had made a categorical and sweeping statement before this court that he had never been involved in any missionary activities and had visited India only to see his mother, family and friends, "which on its face is a lie". m.rediff.com/amp/news/report…

The victim’s family describes the behaviour they witnessed from Additional District and Sessions Judge Reno Francis Xavier, the father of the teenager who rammed the Mercedes and killed Mr. Jayabalakrishnan at Cheranalloor. Their allegations : ~ The judge is a serial liar. ~ Mr. Reno had reels of his underage son driving the vehicle on his own Instagram page. ~ Upon the victim’s family discovering the Instagram page, the so-called judge deactivated the account. ~ Upon meeting them at the police station, the so-called judge yelled at them, saying, “You don’t have the right to question me” and “You shouldn’t teach me law,” and abused his position as a judge. ~ Both the son and the father destroyed and tampered with the evidence with the help of the police. ~ Being an MACT judge, he was well aware of how to destroy/tamper the evidence in order to make the case appear weak. ~ Even granting him anticipatory bail today by the Kerala High Court enables him to tamper with the evidence further and influence the investigation. ~ Call records reveal that the judge dialled the now-sacked City Police Commissioner immediately after the crash to cover up the incident. ~ They have now lost faith in the system. This is the kind of “cooperation” that the Hon’ble Kerala High Court endorsed today, by calling the judge an epitome of fairness just because he is a “judicial officer”, and granting him anticipatory bail. I request @ShivAroor and others to host the daughter, Ms. Bhadra Keerthi, give this institutionalised apathy national spotlight, and help the bereaved family get justice.
Judge Reno Francis Xavier has been able to destroy the evidence by barging into the police station, as the victim’s family allege, precisely because of his position as Additional District and Sessions Judge. The Hon’ble Kerala High Court is essentially mocking and insulting the victim’s family by upholding the Judge's fairness and asking them to place trust in him just because “he’s a judicial officer”, when he’s already facing the allegation that he’d abused that position to absolve himself of any cognizance of the crime committed. Some impeccable sense of judgement from the Hon’ble Milords in Kerala High Court. 🔥 🤡🤌🏼

specific details such as name, parentage, age, and address are mandatory things needed under law, to identify the parties and also establish the court's jurisdiction.
So dragging in parents, passport, aadhar are all part of game plan if one does not agree with your political views??? Utterly shameful.

"I Teach at a Business School, It's Time to Shut Them Down" says Prof Chris Marquis from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. I agree entirely and have been saying this for 2 decades. India would do well to close down business schools and focus on startup incubators. We need large scale startup formation and a lot of experimentation.

Dear native Kashmiri Hindus who believe in secularism & Ganga Jamuna tehzeeb - This is what the average “Kashmiri” Muslim occupier thinks of your forced exile from your motherland.
Triggered much? The progression of the story is that we own and live in those 10 houses now while you're stateless and probably yazaar-less in a foreign land. Enjoy the exile. It'll only last an eternity for you folks.

Very similar to Cambodia. I was in Cambodia recently, advising an NGO that rescues girls from traffickers. I walked those streets in Phnom Penh. Bars with little children standing outside, forced to sell themselves. You lose faith in humanity after seeing children held as sex slaves. And old, washed-up men lusting after them. I learned the history of how this started. In the early 1990s, Cambodia was emerging from two decades of hell. The Khmer Rouge had killed nearly two million people. Civil war followed. The UN sent some 20,000 peacekeepers under UNTAC in 1991 to oversee the transition to democracy. They brought money, power, and demand. Before UNTAC arrived, Cambodia had about 6,000 sex workers. By 1993, when the mission ended, that number had exploded to over 25,000. The UN’s own reports documented peacekeepers buying sex from women and children. When the head of UNTAC, Yasushi Akashi, was confronted about it, his response became infamous: “Boys will be boys.” The full quote is worse. “Eighteen-year-old hot-blooded soldiers who come in from the field after working hard should be able to chase after young, beautiful beings of the opposite sex.” The leadership did not shut it down. They told peacekeepers not to wear uniforms when visiting brothels and not to park UN vehicles directly outside. When an HIV epidemic broke out and increased demand for younger girls on the assumption that they were disease-free, the UN’s response was to ship 800,000 condoms to Cambodia. When UNTAC left, the infrastructure of exploitation remained. Brothel owners discovered they could make more money catering to foreign tourists and local pedophiles wanting sex with children. Cambodia became known on international pedophile networks as “the new frontier.” By the early 2000s, officials estimated the average age of sex workers in Phnom Penh was 15. Akashi was never removed. He was promoted. He went on to serve as UN Special Representative in Bosnia. He received Sri Lanka’s highest national honor for foreign nationals. Thirty years later, the boys are gone. Now it is all old men. The children are still there.
