If anyone would like to take over Laravel London Meetup group (meetup.com/london-laravel), please get in touch.
I started the group in 2013 (over 10 years ago!). It's time for someone else to take over the batton.
I will continue to focus my energies on Laravel Live UK.

I’m available for freelancing from 9th of September
I'm a SaaS founder and a full-stack developer. I do freelancing occasionally because I like working on other projects and with other people now and then.
As a SaaS founder myself, I work very independently, I’m not afraid to talk to customers and I’m used to ship features from the beginning stage to production-ready code in production.
I've been working with Ruby on Rails since 2008. My latest freelance gig was ~3 years ago where I rewrote the app Saber Feedback from Steve Mcleod from an old Ember app to a server-side rendered standard Rails with Hotwire.
Things I could do for you:
* Add a feature to your existing Ruby on Rails app.
* Help you rewrite your app from a legacy SPA to default Rails with Hotwire.
* Get any design from Figma/Sketch to HTML and CSS or Tailwind.
* Update your Ruby on Rails version to the newest
Things you shouldn’t hire me for:
* Work on your React or Vue app.
* Even though I do really like PostgreSQL, you shouldn’t hire me to optimize it when you have really high traffic.
* Work on your PHP or Django app.
* Do anything to your WordPress landing page.
* To do difficult dev-ops work. (I like Heroku for a reason)
My hourly rate is $100/hour. I can only take on one project for a maximum of 1 or 2 months. I bill weekly.
If this interests you please send me a DM or an email to michael at michaelkoper dot com
