Estoppel= hey, you said or did a certain action that I reasonably relied upon so going back on it would be unfair. Laches= you waited too long to bring suit so should be barred. Ultra vires= acted outside the scope of authority.
Plenty of institutions back pre- rev biotech. In fact, they’re almost always the largest shareholders. NWBO not having any, especially at this stage, is an anomaly.
Question- why don’t you think NWBO has any institutional investors? Do you think some of the smartest bio focused funds in the world are just missing this wonderful drug?
