I help owners who aren't SaaS founders run their business on agents and data they own.
Built Awake Happy to 25k+ customers
CTO at cake.ink
Won the Skool Games with Ads Lab
Run it all on a the homelab
I write about how it works at devon.md
Where to go next:
Learn to build it with me: skool.com/main
Main Branch, the skills I run my business on: github.com/noontide-co/mainb…
commune-wiki: github.com/dmthepm/commune-w…
Morning Paper: github.com/dmthepm/morning-p…
Stars help a lot if any of these are useful.
If you want it shorter, cut it to just Skool and Main Branch.
Heres what the 1pass white paper says. xitter.cf/devonmeadows/status/21…

We have spent 20 years hardening a unique and strict security model to prevent this. We have a deep technical white paper on it if you are interested in that depth.
I built my own Instinct before I knew it existed.
37 agents across 8 workspaces. I text them all day. I own all the data.
The best part happens while Im asleep. Heres last night, from the logs.
Tools are open source. Business data is not.
Main Branch, Morning Paper and commune-wiki are mine. Herdr and Hermes Agent are other peoples.
Take any system or skill. Star the repos if this helps. Share it with someone running more than one business.
Instinct is cool. Ive used it. The texting is great.
But you pay either way. With Instinct you pay in who holds your data.
Mine still sends text to Anthropic and OpenAI. The files stay mine.

What would your agents teach each other?
I built my own Instinct before I knew it existed. 37 agents across 8 workspaces, on my own machines, with my data staying home. Heres what they do while I sleep, and the open source pieces you can take.
My site devon.md is a personal wiki. Linked notes open side by side and every note shows what links to it. I pulled the engine out as Commune, an open source Astro package. One paste gets you a running wiki.

Commune also ships agent skills for Claude Code and Codex. I dictate a messy thought, it asks a few questions, checks if it is a note, an essay or a letter, drafts it, and ships it when I say so. MIT, no company. Tell me where your first run got stuck.

Thinking you can be more stable than github and do even like a quarter of the things github is doing is insane. If I were to switch from github also, it would be to an open source self hosted project anyway like Forejo. No more centralized new takes on git needed.
Three hours of running agents and my brain is fried. Work never used to feel like this. So now I do the thinking on paper first.
