As promised, here is the WPD complaint/report filed against me, by the man, who pretends to be a woman. This is the man who, on numerous occasions, has violated the privacy of women, by seeing fit to use the women’s sauna, which is inside the women’s locker room at the Ocean Community YMCA in Westerly, RI. Of note: 1. Again, it is a MAN, just as we’ve stated from the get-go. Many of you were quick to say otherwise but, as always, I told the truth. 2. One of the victims has filed a complaint, as you know. Others, we hope, will join. Oh, and I didn’t take the photos, just as I said from Day 1. 3. This guy, as well as the Ocean Community YMCA, has violated the right to privacy of the complainant, and others. 4. We now have all we need to move forward and get justice for the victim(s). The OCY will protect and respect girls and women, or it, as well as its leadership, will pay.

Yesterday during our debate, Seth Magaziner kept demanding I produce an instant fix for diesel prices. I told him the live problem isn't just the Iran conflict. Most of the Hormuz volume has come back. The thing moving diesel right now is Ukraine systematically bombing Russian refineries and export terminals, taking real capacity off the world market. He called that ridiculous. Yesterday afternoon the administration eased sanctions to let Russian diesel flow back into the global market, specifically to bring prices down. Overnight, Ukrainian drones set a Russian fuel export terminal in Rostov on fire. Reportedly the exact terminal that diesel would have shipped from. The solution was announced in the afternoon. It was burning by morning. And here's what the last few years exposed. We have no cushion left. Eleven American refineries have stopped processing crude since 2020. Some shut down. Several were converted to renewable fuels, because the Biden Administration policy made it pay better to stop refining than to keep going. We have not built a major new refinery in this country in my lifetime. So when a war pulls capacity off the world market, there's nothing here to absorb it. The price just moves, straight to you. In April 2023, Seth Magaziner signed onto the Green New Deal as an original cosponsor. Not a vote leadership pushed him into. A signature he went and gave. Only 96 of 213 House Democrats signed it. More than half his own caucus looked at that plan and said no thanks. He was at the front of the line. You cannot spend years making it harder and less profitable to refine fuel in America, and then stand on a stage demanding somebody produce cheap diesel by Tuesday. Seth Magaziner has spent four years in Congress. My criticism is that he's all talk and no vision. My experience as a Marine, builder, and businessman has taught me something important. Leadership isn't just about reacting to problems after they happen. It's about anticipating challenges, understanding what causes them, and developing real, tangible solutions. In the Marines, you learn to assess the situation and act. In construction, you identify problems before they become costly mistakes. In business, you plan ahead because your decisions affect employees, customers, and families. That's the experience and perspective I bring to this conversation. We need leaders who can see the smoke, understand what's fueling the fire, and know how to put it out. Early voting starts October 14. Rhode Island First.
