Racism in the Supreme Court
In the death penalty case McCleskey v. Kemp, Justice Scalia wrote a memorandum to the other justices saying that he did not need additional proof that racism motivated the jurors to impose the death penalty. He also said that knowing that racism motivated the jurors and, thus, prosecutorial discretion, should not require reversal of the sentence. This logic trivializes the harmful impact of racism in criminal law and enforcement. See journals.law.harvard.edu/crc…

Just getting around to reading the indictment against SPLC. Incredible. The org paid informants in hate orgs, so that contradicts the mission of eliminating those orgs. Yawn.

So, when cops infiltrate hate groups, terrorist orgs, and drug syndicates, they aren't working to dismantle those groups?

Sad that people are really doing this. Here's the celebration of her appearance at the event. instagram.com/p/DagxpfbjWWV/…

Being an American right now is just waking up and being told how much more money our president is stealing and having to go about our day like normal.

The United States has only been genuinely a democracy since 1965. Today the Supreme Court gutted the legislation that made it possible.

"Under the Biden Administration’s failed leadership, ED focused its enforcement actions unfairly against Christian universities, levying enormous fines on institutions....."
Ask Harvard about this.
If you are under 18 years old: This is not normal.
For a large part of your life, you have been exposed to the base commentary from our highest executive office. This is not normal for the US. It is also not normal in other civilized countries built on democracy.

But not RACIST gerrmandering.
Cool. Jesus reading the Bible.
The atmosphere in Washington, D.C. is shifting right now because something historic is taking place. As we approach the 250th anniversary of this nation, we are returning to the only foundation that cannot be shaken. From April 18 through April 25, the entire Bible is being read aloud from Genesis to Revelation at the Museum of the Bible.
For seven straight days, nearly 500 people from across the country are gathering to lift their voices for 12 hours a day. There is no human commentary, no political spin, and no personal interpretation. This is the raw, unfiltered Word of God being spoken over our capital and over our land.
This is more than an event. It is a prophetic stand for spiritual renewal…in a time when America is statistically the most secular she has ever been!
In a season of deep division, this is a moment of total unity where we declare the ultimate authority of Scripture. We are calling for a turning point in America, and that turning point always begins with the Word.
The sound of Truth is being released into the atmosphere. Watch, listen, and share this everywhere. Let’s make sure the Word of God reaches every home in this nation.
Why was 2024 the best year before that? Anticipating Trump? This is how propaganda works.
Thanks to @realDonaldTrump’s leadership, this FBI has had the most prolific year in crime reduction in United States history
This is not normal
Memo to the fake news - the only time I’ll ever actually be concerned about the hit piece lies you write about me will be when you stop. Keep talking, it means I’m doing exactly what I should be doing. And no amount of BS you write will ever deter this FBI from making America safe again and taking down the criminals you love.
All because a narcissistic president cannot accept that he lost an election. Good grief. This is pathological behavior. Where will they get indictments?

The problem isn't supporting actual terrorists orgs. The problem is the lack of any respect for the First Amendment rights of dissenters. Displaying a pride flag or joining BLM has been described as dangerous activities.
