If you didn’t a class somewhere in Texas inside a random “Sid Richardson” building, you did not get a proper education

Growing up working on my family’s ranch in Lampasas, I never imagined I’d one day be your Texas Agriculture Commissioner.
Tonight, we made history. For the first time in 40 years, Texans elected a Democrat to this office, and we did it together.
To every Democrat, Republican, and Independent who believed in this campaign, thank you. You proved that when Texans stand together to protect our land, our water, and our communities from the Greedy Few, organized people can beat organized money.

I don't think people have fully digested the ramifications of Blue Texas, also known as Texas 2. Things will never be the same politically. We are now living in America 2.

I voted for James Talarico, Gina Hinojosa, and Democrats down the ballot. It’s the billionaires versus us y’all. Let’s take the power back.

Talked to GenZ professionals. College graduates, professional GenZ friends. Based in Texas. Said a bunch of their friends have no idea who either Talarico or Paxton are. Don’t know the names
The social media algorithms influence how we think more than anything else.
Everyone has their own unique feed on the platforms they use. Like fingerprints , no two fees are alike on the major platforms.
Agree or disagree.
Mark Cuban raises concerns about how AI-powered social media algorithms shape public opinion, arguing that traditional advertising may be less effective at changing how people think about politics and AI
“What controls how pretty much everybody in this country thinks right now? Social media algorithms”
“It reinforces the fact that you get more of what you seek via algorithms. And if you really have the best AI, you should be able to not only reverse engineer those algorithms, but put together a marketing program”
“This applies to politics. It applies to AI. It applies to everything in this country. The divisiveness. We all have our unique AI feed in the social media platforms we use”
“Everybody looks at the world differently. The days, particularly for younger people, of thinking just buy more ads and ruin our football games and our basketball games and everything's fine”
“It's useless when you're trying to change hearts and minds about AI specifically. Even though the irony of it all is that it's the AI behind the algorithms that's ruining everything”

Bro. No. Stop.
A proud day for West Texas and the honor of a lifetime to welcome President @realDonaldTrump to my hometown of Lubbock today.
I’ve been traveling thousands of miles across Texas working to turn out Republicans this election, but when I heard President Trump was coming to Lubbock, I knew I had to be here to give him the West Texas welcome he deserves.
The President’s visit shines a spotlight on a region where the American Dream is alive and well. Our farmers produce the food and fiber that sustain our nation. Our ranchers raise the beef Americans love. The Permian and Delaware basins power America. And we’re home to the greatest university in the country, Texas Tech.
West Texas represents the very best of America. And the people who make it great deserve a voice in shaping its future. This election is our chance to make our voices heard and help write the next chapter of Texas’ story.
