This interaction sums up how unpolished iOS 26 still feels. Tap the location of someone and the map opens to them almost offscreen. Then the map movement is the most un-Apple experience 😢

The Big 12 gets no respect. Games on the field matter. I care about who has more points at the end of the game… BYU is undefeated and is 100% a Top 10 team @BNKonFOX

I’m was onboard with his reviews… until this one. 6.8 is way too generous.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is part of a new water release from Utah Lake to the Great Salt Lake.   Ten thousand new acre-feet of water, or 3.26 billion gallons, will come from the Jordan River and upstream storage in Utah Lake. It will flow through the Jordan River to the Great Salt Lake’s Farmington and Gilbert bays. The Church is providing a long-term lease of between 4,000 and 7,433 additional acre-feet of water each year.   The water comes from leases by the Church and Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District through a partnership that also involves the Great Salt Lake Watershed Enhancement Trust, the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, and the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands. The National Audubon Society and The Nature Conservancy co-manage the trust. This group also released water last year from Utah Lake to the Great Salt Lake.   Visit the link below to learn more about this project: newsroom.churchofjesuschrist…

Another private pilot joins the family! This kid worked hard - using all his days off school and weekends to learn to fly. He set a goal to finish by summer, and today his hard work paid off. Delta, please reserve a seat for him in a couple of years :)

Salt Lake City is now home to @delta's first significant training facility outside its Atlanta headquarters. In less than 10 years, thousands of athletes and visitors will arrive here for the 2034 Winter Games. We need highly-trained pilots to help bring the world here. This Pilot Training Center will help make that happen.

One of the greatest adventures rarely talked about.
Powell's 1869 expedition down the Colorado isn't remembered in the American Pantheon of Exploration because of the distance travelled, or hardships survived, or Indians fought. It's remembered because of the sheer amount of balls it took to pull it off. I'll try to explain: 🧵
