In a new study published in Nature Communications, Yale researchers Megan Leila Baker, MD, PhD, and Lloyd G. Cantley, MD, used advanced cell profiling techniques to obtain the most detailed view yet of how #kidney and immune cells interact in #AIN.
One important finding the researchers identified involved CXCL9, a signaling molecule produced in response to #inflammation that draws T cells into tissue. In AIN, CXCL9 signaling was concentrated within organized clusters of immune cells called lymphoid aggregates. The T cells within these clusters appeared to signal primarily to one another, suggesting a feedback loop that may amplify and sustain inflammation.

जब जज के ईमान पर जज ही सवाल करें तो मतलब है इस देश का ईमान ख़तरे में है। पूर्व जस्टिस कौल ने पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ के बारे में जो कहा है, उसका एक ही मतलब है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के भीतर भी लोग एक दूसरे को संदेह से देख रहे हैं। तीस साल पहले की मिसाल देने वाले संदेह के रक्षक हैं। उनका काम है संदेह फैलने से रोकना। सब कुछ मैनेज है, इस तरह की धारणा जनता के लिए ख़तरे की घंटी है। वोट चोरों को चिंता की ज़रूरत नहीं। चिता पर भविष्य है। जिन्हें यह स्वीकार नहीं होगा उनका जीवन जेल में बीतेगा। जेल के अलावा अब कोई जवाब नहीं बचा है। अच्छी अंग्रेज़ी खोखली लगती है। कॉन्वेंट की लड़कियां ऐसे लड़कों की अच्छी अंग्रेज़ी को जाल और चाल समझ कर थूक देती हैं।

सितंबर 2024 में भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश चंद्रचूड़ दिल्ली के अपने सरकारी आवास पर आयोजित गणेश पूजा में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के साथ आरती करते नज़र आए. यह चंद्रचूड़ के कार्यकाल का संभवतः सबसे निंदनीय क्षण था और वह भी तब, जब कार्यकाल ख़त्म ही होने वाला था.
जजों की नियुक्ति करने वाले कॉलेजियम के प्रमुख के रूप में चंद्रचूड़ से प्रतिभा को बढ़ावा देने और न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता की रक्षा की मान्यता पर टिकी इस व्यवस्था को मज़बूत करने की उम्मीदें बंधी थीं, लेकिन ‘मास्टर आफ़ रॉस्टर’ की अपनी भूमिका का इस्तेमाल चंद्रचूड़ ने जिस तरह किया वह भी सवालों के घेरे में रहा. बतौर सीजेआई अपने पहले साल में उन्होंने राजनीतिक रूप से संवेदनशील कई मामलों को बेला माधुर्य त्रिवेदी को सौंपा, जो एक जूनियर जज थीं और जिन्होंने लगातार मोदी सरकार के पक्ष में फ़ैसले दिए.
चुनावी बॉन्ड के मामले में, चंद्रचूड़ की पांच जजों की संविधान पीठ ने इसे असंवैधानिक करार दिया और इस बात पर ज़ोर दिया कि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक दानदाताओं और प्राप्तकर्ताओं के बारे में डेटा का खुलासा करे, लेकिन खुलासे के बाद, जब उन्होंने कथित लेन-देन की जांच की मांग करने वाली एक बाद की याचिका ली, तो उन्होंने याचिका को 'समय से पहले' और 'अनुचित' बताकर ख़ारिज कर दिया.
2019 में मिश्रा के बाद सीजेआई बने रंजन गोगोई ने 'राम जन्मभूमि विवाद' मामले की सुनवाई के लिए पांच जजों की बेंच बनाई, जिसमें चंद्रचूड़, बोबडे, अशोक भूषण और एस. अब्दुल नज़ीर शामिल थे. 9 नवंबर को उन्होंने 1,045 पन्नों का फ़ैसला सुनाया. 70 साल की मुकदमेबाज़ी और राजनीतिक उथल-पुथल के बाद, आख़िरकार जो फ़ैसला आया, वह अजीबोग़रीब था. जबकि अदालत ने यह माना कि बाबरी मस्जिद को गिराया जाना और उससे पहले उसमें मूर्ति रखना गैरकानूनी कृत थे, फिर भी बेंच ने पूरी विवादित भूमि राम मंदिर निर्माण के लिए सरकार द्वारा भविष्य में गठित किए जाने वाले एक ट्रस्ट को सौंप दी.
सबसे अजीब बात यह थी कि फ़ैसला लिखने वाले जजों के नामों का उल्लेख नहीं किया गया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के कई पूर्व न्यायाधीशों ने मुझे बताया कि फ़ैसले की भाषा और शैली चंद्रचूड़ की ओर इशारा करती हैं.
चंद्रचूड़ की अदालत में राजनीतिक कैदी सलाखों के पीछे सड़ते रहे. भीमा कोरेगांव मामले में जीवित बचे 15 आरोपियों में से छह, गौतम नवलखा, शोमा सेन, वर्नोन गोंजाल्विस, अरुण फरेरा, महेश राउत और ज्योति जगताप, की जमानत याचिकाओं पर या तो सुनवाई हो चुकी है या अभी भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबित हैं या उन्हें 3 से 17 महीने तक की देरी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है. एक अन्य सह-आरोपी हनी बाबू ने मई 2024 में अपनी जमानत याचिका तब वापस ले ली, जब उन्हें पता चला कि त्रिवेदी इस पर सुनवाई करेंगी.
अडानी-हिंडनबर्ग प्रकरण में भी जनवरी 2024 के अपने आदेश में, चंद्रचूड़ ने अडानी के कथित स्टॉक हेरफेर की अदालत की निगरानी वाली विशेष जांच टीम या सीबीआई जांच का आदेश देने से इनकार कर दिया था.

The 4 top Cockroach Janta Party leaders, Abhijeet Dipke, Saurabh Das, Ashutosh Ranka, and Ajinkya Shinde have all signed peace bonds, which means they cannot join any public demonstrations, otherwise the police will say they have breached their bonds by disturbing the peace and will arrest them, and lock them in jail for long periods.
In my opinion by signing peace bonds the public career of these 4 persons is finished, because they have lost all credibility in the public eye, which now regards them as cowards who were afraid of going to jail.
In fact they will be regarded as collaborators, because they will be regarded like the persons whom the British authorities imprisoned, and who were released on asking for forgiveness.
I only respect Neha Bora who has refused to give a peace bond, as she says it is her constitutional right to peacefully demonstrate.

विपक्ष कितना पकड़ पाएगा। यूपी का चुनाव हैक हो चुका है। तेरह हज़ार सैंपल मामूली नहीं होता है। रिज़ल्ट के बाद फर्ज़ी चुनावी विशेषज्ञ आएंगे जो चुनावी फ्रॉड से निकले डेटा को ग्राफिक्स चार्ट पर लगाकर पवित्र बनाने का काम करेंगे। इस समय जब सबके सामने यह उदाहरण है, किसी के स्क्रीन पर ग्राफ नज़र नहीं आ रहा है।
विपक्ष चुनाव लड़े या पहले यह सुनिश्चित करे कि उसके मतदाता का नाम सूची में बचा रहे? देश में लोकतंत्र को इस हालत में पहुँचा दिया गया है कि निष्पक्ष चुनाव की माँग करने वालों को अब चुनाव की बुनियादी शर्तों के लिए भी लड़ना पड़ रहा है।
मतदाता का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखना चुनाव आयोग की संवैधानिक जिम्मेदारी है। जब यही काम विपक्ष को करना पड़े, तो आयोग की जवाबदेही कौन तय करेगा? बराबरी का चुनावी मैदान कहाँ है, जब एक पक्ष प्रचार करे और दूसरा मतदाता सूची की पहरेदारी?
इन सवालों का जवाब देने के बजाय भाजपा का पूरा तंत्र मुद्दा भटकाने में जुट जाता है। आख़िर विपक्ष क्या-क्या करे - नाम बचाए, प्रमाण जुटाए, सड़कों पर उतरे या चुनाव लड़े?
क्या देश की संवैधानिक संस्थाओं की जिम्मेदारी भी अब विपक्ष ही उठाएगा?
