Even though it’s kinda cliche in SF I don’t think enough startup founders are thinking about what their company has to be in order to still exist if all the value in the economy flows up to the labs

I am regularly surprised by how many people in the trades don’t need to be convinced on how disruptive AI will be for how they get customers.. these people are paying hundreds of dollars PER CLICK on Google and realize it couldn’t possibly stay this way forever
