Called the call center at 9.52, was put on hold for 6 min (1/3)
And then was informed that the actual restaurant will get in touch in 2 min.
Nothing till 10.08 pm.
Called the call center again. Was again promised that restaurant will surely get in touch in 2 min. Nothing till 10.25 pm.
Called again to the call center. Same promise again (2/3)
Finally someone from restaurant called at 10.30 pm to inform that order's not yet received!
And me sitting in another city had to request parents back home to have bread for dinner.
Superb experience of ordering and speaking to customer care. Thank you.
