I feel like I know @DrTBlew a bit more now. Especially that her lab works on physiological mechanisms of a
variety of toxicants.
@binsan5 I liked yours too.

I'll reiterate another comment: Ctrl + Shift + P. It opens the command palette and gives you access to ALL THE SHORTCUTS. I think of it as the hotkey equivalent to the One Ring from LOTR: It gives you ultimate control.

Did someone mention peer review? Every scientist should read this historical perspective from @Melinda_Baldwin. Scientific review practices are post-Cold War and not introduced to improve papers. The past is a strange land. The future maybe stranger. doi.org/10.1086/700070
It’s been a week of brilliant scientific talks and meeting new friends at the #SEBECR meeting at @Tvarminne; Seeing you all bringing your A-game (in many aspects) has left me feeling so energized and inspired; Whenever it may be, I’m looking forward to next time!

8 years since we first realised the data in many papers were non-biological. It’s a relief that the investigation concluded scientific misconduct and data fabrication in several papers.

Amazing post-doc position if you are interested of life-history, quantitative genetics or evolution (and much more) in general. Lovely group, lovely city, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity 😀
Have been working in the group myself in the past and can highly recommend.
