I really do find the whole “let’s have a sit down intra-factional debate” thing sorta unproductive usually because it pits figures who really have no interest in learning from a respective faction against each other. It’s particularly frustrating amongst the Democratic coalition because no faction is remotely big enough to win an election. There is no “winning” in this debate. There is only coexistence.
