Overcoming adversity & not giving up when most would have… This is what it looks like, for both players & coaching staff. Unbelievable!

FFCHS girls soccer running flying 10s with a 25 yd build up. Thanks @FFCHSAthletics for the Dashr system, as it is my favorite and most beneficial piece of equipment that I have. Love the effort that these girls have been putting in!
This is amazing!
STATE CHAMPION! 🏆🥇 ALEXSYS JACQUEZ! 1st State Champion in Girls’ Wrestling in School History! @CHSAA @coloradopreps @DanMohrmann @RobNamnoum @lukezahlmann @gazettepreps @FfchsB @FFC8schools @fountain_preps
Trojans working! Depth drops on left are at 42” but athletes using this height have built up to this over time. Skill lvls are obvious, but thats what makes HS S&C both fun & challenging! Athletes of all levels at once, but we make it work!
@FFCHSAthletics
Would be awesome if he stayed local! (just from my selfish opinion so I could watch him play all the time). Well deserved @TavianTuli 👏 👏 👏
After great conversation with @PhilipVigil I’m thankful to be receive an offer to continue my education and play at @CSUPFootball

FFCHS girls soccer have been working SO hard the past few months! Room for improvement, but this was the best pre-season plyo session this far.
@FFCHSAthletics
Thanks for the shout out @LGapp20 , it was a pleasure to have been a part of your journey! Can’t wait to watch you play at the next level.
Let’s go!!!

Excellent season Trojans. Keep the heads high, so many accomplishments this year & you all were so much fun to watch & working with all of you is why I love my job. I’ll miss the seniors tremendously, what a special group of young men.

I’m so amazed how strong the FFCHS Cheer team is. Pound for pound, one of the strongest teams in the school. Extremely proud of the work this group puts in every day they come to train.
